1 box 3 oz lemon jello mix
1 lemon
1 tsp lemon extract
1/3 vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 box strawberry cake mix
1 box 3 oz strawberry jello mix
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
Powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 or more tsp of heaving whipping cream ( depends on the consistency you want)

Hi! It depends on the size scoop. I used a medium-large scoop and it made about 10-15 cookies.

From the description I couldn't tell if you used lemon pudding or lemon gelatin.
