The last guy who changed you the treasure (the one that was with Rei and Teepo) is there only as a backup in case you miss one of the treasure traders, I remember there is one missable (at least), there is one that only appears in Ludia at night (which only happens when the party is trying to break into the castle). You can get all of Marlock's skills before endgame.
