metal tongs with a nonstick pan?
I just found this channel and your healthy recipes! Looks delicious..I subscribed!!
Have you tried Noonday onions from Noonday Texas. Very crisp and sweet sweet sweer.
Gave you a like cause you are a Chef in Hagerstown. Thanks for the recipe!
Thank you!
Just tried it! Soooo easy! I didn’t make the onion relish this time, but it was still very good.
You could transfer the fish out while cooking the beans the fish already cooked that or lots of basting. Yeah, I'll have to go with the natural fish stock
I love the skin
Nice
Seems like the fish would be overcooked.
mine was way overcooked doing this, sucked
I'll skip the oil and salt and make it so it is actually healthy. I "fry" things in veggie broth, apple juice, water, but never oil. Oil is 100% fat and about 120 calories per tbsp. That's not healthy. I've never had any problem with "frying" things in the liquids I use. and the taste is great. Instead of sugar I use organic honey, or a little date paste. I'll use veggie stock. Thanks for the idea though.
Bro just use extra virgin olive oil. Its a really healthy oil to use. Smth thats calorically high doesnt necessarily mean its unhealthy. By that logic honey or avocados wouldnt be healthy.
@@alexsalas6480 actually, all oil is highly processed, 100% fat, and about 120 calories per tbsp. I don't use any oils. I saute in water, veggie broth, etc.
but never oil.
@@easycountrygardens2001 use organic olive oil or avocado oil trust. Its all fats but its contains omegas the body needs.
@@alexsalas6480 I would rather eat the olives or avocados in their natural state rather than the highly processed oils that come from them. And I would never eat enough of them at a time to get a tbsp worth of oil. I've actually made the recipe above using apple juice and another time with veggie broth and it was amazing, without the oil and the unnecessary fat and calories.
@@easycountrygardens2001 nobody gives a fuck, go preach about using sugary juice somewhere else 😂
,
overcooked, next video...
When cooking for a channel about healthy eating, always use a PFTE pan. Plastic just screams healthy.
Guy cooking: “retard the cooking”

Hey Old lady Hilda? Did you go to school at least one day?😂 Your spelling and punctuation is just sad🧐 I"d worry less about this guys food and maybe concentrate that hate-energy on educating yourself. "smh"🤣 Never to old to take an English class.
Nope
