Honey let me tell you. I followed your instructions to the tee for the fish, and it was soooo good. I ended up using curry powder instead of turmeric with the cumin and onions and it too was delicious. Thanks I was at a standstill on cooking. This was a much needed recipe...a breath of fresh air.

🤤 If only I knew how to cook rice. I’ve tried everything rice cookers etc. The last time I cooked rice my neighbors kid who I was baby sitting at the time thought it was oatmeal 🥴
The key is to make sure you have the right rice/water ratio, as instructed in the package, and once you get the rice boiling and put it on simmer don't touch it until its supposed to be ready. I messed up my rice for years trying to stir it occasionally.

Have you ever tried a Courtbouillion with the same ingredients? A Courtbouillion is exactly what you did except ALL of the ingredients are put in the pot at the same time and simmered for as long as you like. Sa sest` bon!, weah!
