looks like a great battery. I new the smaller size was coming. I am seeing 280 Ah in same size at the old big 100 AH LiFePO4 was. more having low temp protection now. all that is a feature bult into BMS . love to see that more . even the heated battery more common now. still looking for around 50Ah small LiFePO4 but for 5 battery 60V E scooter. still have AGM battery. some day soon. better mosfets going into BMS now. That's where the higher current comes from. some day soon will see 5 in series . may even see 6 for 72V system.
Love the small form factor! So easy to carry around, takes no space at all to drop in anywhere. Gonna take this down to a friends house in coming weeks and pull some serious loads and see what it does! Run it up to 300amps...and stand way back! Haha! Aloha!🤙
Can you please do some torture testing on these batteries? This is a really good price for a 48 volt van build. I'm thinking about packing four of these bad boys together....
I was just talking with a friend who has the ability to pull the 300 amps for a torture test, and the room to do it so we can stand back, and let it rip! Probably be a couple weeks on that. If you don't see it, it means I got vaporized trying! Aloha!🤙

I don't mean vaporize the island trying to pull 300 amps... More like drive your coffee maker on it or some other high load. That'll pull 100 amps continuously and maybe give it five or six cycles and see what the voltage is do at high and low states of charge...

Would this be a good replacement for a UPS small 12V lead acid battery that no longer provides much run time when the power goes out? Just wondering if the charging electronics in that small UPS would be compatible with this LiFePO4 battery. Thanks in advance. Love your channel!

Nice price and size but im not a fan of pouch cells, it a way for manufacturers to save money which also makes it less expensive for the end user but the reliability of the cells is terribly, i have test a couple of them and i also get bloat and its nit safe in my opinion, i might ise them outside where nothing bad,could happen when they fail but i would never use them indoors

@ProjectsinParadise808 really, that small with prismatic? I guess I misspoke on that, never seen that,small of a battery with prismatic, must have changed form factor for drop in replacement batteries and took all of the foam blocks out
