I’ve just made it for my family, and it came out delicious! I served it with vanilla ice cream, topped with crushed pistachios and fresh strawberry. So yummy!! Thank you for sharing the recipe!

I have made this recipe several time, always spot on and easy!! Simple is best, too many soufflé recipes overcomplicate!!! I make the raspberry puree in advance, when I am ready to bake I whisk the egg whites, sugar and salt, fold in then bake. I also make a 'crumble topping' which is sprinkled on top after baking for a little texture and crunch, delish!! Thanks for sharing

You should used the egg yolk for some Anglaise sauce with milk and vanilla so they do go to waste just a tip for you

When piping it in no need to then level it ofF then run thumb round it , defeats the idea of piping it in in the first place just pipe it in leave it and bake . You might as well have spooned the mixture in lol .

@@Lyna-sd5cf wao, amazing! May be the sugar amount in the strawberry base should be reduced, because I want to maintain the sugar amount in the meringue so its structure is strong enough, thanks for the feedback 😁

I didn't realise i had to put the sugar and lemon juice while blending the strawberry, so I added it while cooking it in the pan..(i wish u mentioned on which flame to cook) and after adding the conflour..it just turned lumpy in no time. Ended up not making the dessert after that point of time.

Thanks for the supporting! They might look like uncooked but they are well cooked already at 180Celcius (375F) for 12 minutes and the molds I used are the smallest size ramenkins so I am sure about this. In case you use a bigger mold, you can increase the baking time to 13 - 15 mins.

I was going to ask what’s the forecast for the pink-ish soufflé but I don’t seem to get it.
