    Unfortunately William was in a major car accident where his father lost his life and William sustained major injuries. From what his sister said a big rig ran a stop sign and t-boned the vehicle William and his father were traveling in.

    I also love the combination of shadowboxing and burpees, and i like toend it with mountain climbers.
    Hardcore bersion youre doing, you're amazing. Like including the navy seal one, totally brutal style.🙌🏼⚡🔥😁
    Right now I do 20 min boxing, 10 min burpees and 5 min freestyle mountain climbers. I will change it up now and include freestyle burpees and crank up the time. Man 30 min that's a number. 😅 We keep on... 🥊💪🏼

    I love the freestyle burpees. I do a lot of burpees but I do rocking chair style. I’ve never just tossed out random burpees. I should try that

    Do have any running programme can a fighter have a perfect stamina without running only hiit +skiping Rope i m watching your channel but you dont like running i think ?

      Hal Higdon offers some good, free running programs. Honestly, you can just run in zone 2 and have your HIIT be your martial art.
