Nice Video guys. I´m a rookie in tigerfishing, cause I´m from germany. But i was in Namibia and Botswana and i had some nice strikes and also a small tigerfish. A big one broke my rod. This year I´ll be prepared and ready for big tigers. Your video was very helpfull. Thank you
Thank you very much, I am trying to catch tiger fish in Zambia since I cannot find any good eating freshwater fish here... Now I start looking into the rigs from China and shipping to Zambia, however I can not find three piece Daiwa rods in China, the lures are cheap in China.
Informative vid 👍🏽. Will try the tiger whacker, I've seen them at the tackle shops here in SA, but didn't think much of them, so thanks for that info. My go-to spoon is copper effzett (always a killer). Have had lots of success on Rapala lures, DT-6 in deep flowing water and floating magnum in the rapids or shallow drop offs. Are you using those circle hooks for live/dead bait?
Yes we use the circle hooks for live and dead baits. Hope to make an update on this video soon as have got many new lures that I have found to be working. Thanks for the support!

Can you explain a little bit more about the line setup? What kind of steel line I should use on the tip?
Fishing tackle should stock steel leaders, any steel leader should work
@@ThisisAfricaOutdoors Thanks, mate
What about making a bream tackle talk
I have made a video on how to catch bream already
