Just love the positive attitude, there you are on a strip of tarmac barely wide enough for a truck saying that maybe the place I need but will go on a bit further. If it is the place I can always turn around and come back to it🤣
😂😂 No point worrying, it goes backwards too 😁👍🏻
Thank you for including views of the landscapes you travel
Thanks for watching 😁
Nothing worse than trying to get to sleep with your head pointing the wrong way.🤣🤣 Thanks again for a really interesting video, love the commentary especially the snippets of information you throw in. No faffing about with the reversing today, even though it wasn't busy.😆😆 Safe journeys.
😂 Thank you 😁
The sunrises and sun sets have been amazing this year. Really makes the early mornings a pleasure.
Absolutely stunning 😁
Loved the video sherallin , you went through my home town of Boston & past my old drinking hole the red cow pub in Boston , bought back a few hang overs lol , stay safe and keep on trucking xxx
😂😂 Thanks for watching 😁
Very Interesting Video And Plenty Off Detail lease Keep Them Coming And Stay Safe Out There.
Thanks, will do! 😁
Nice one Sherralin,I wouldn't fancy going down some of those lanes an a pushbike never mind a lorry.👍😀Be careful out there........Alan
Thank you 😁
Thank you for nice trucking story .👌
Thanks for watching 😁
Greetings sherralin thank you for bringing us along and be safe..
Thanks for watching 😁
Great vlog as usual . Looking forward to the next one
Thank you 😁
Great vlog as usual looking forward to seeing the next one safe journey
Thank you 😁
Love your videos !!!
Thank you 😁
I really enjoyed this video. I liked the country scenery its such a great looking country when its lush and green. Some of those back roads look like they could do with a bit of resurfacing lol.
Thank you 😁 I think most of the roads in UK could do with a bit of tlc 😂😁
Lovely trip i really enjoy calling to farms, keep up the good work and stay safe.
Thank you. 😁
Yet again another brilliant video, great filming, great commentary, always interesting sherralin. Thanks
Thank you 😁
Thanks for another interesting video Sherralin . Fun in those narrow roads if you meet another truck .
😂 🤦🏼♀️Breathe in! 😂😂
Cheers sherralin for your road 🛣️ trip video from Spain to the UK 😊
Thanks for watching 😁
Wonderful Sherilyn I can remember going to Wrangle Growers my self, Keep on Trucking
Thank you 😁
Nice stuff again, it's like a trip down memory lane. I wasn't paying attention to the last bit and I though you were out on the Fens round some of the Walpole areas, then I realised where you were. I used to do potatoes from Scotland down that way as the company I was pulling for wouldn't go to Liverpool market so we did drops round there and the local guy would haul them in on the night runs.
We only use road trains out in the country. A doubles ( 2 trailers with a dolly ) are permitted into some metropolitan areas., but only on specified routs...
. B doubles (2 trailers connected with a 5th wheel at the rear of the 1st trailer) can go into a lot more metro areas. I often drive B doubles in to the Sydney fish market 3 nights a week, that's right under the harbour bridge. But you have to be out before 6 AM or you've got to split, and do dog runs out to Paramatta.
I never got to Mongolia, but I did a few runs to Corgos ( Horgos ) on the Kaz - China border when I was driving for Trans Mondo, out of Cordenons N/E Italy...
Have a looked at Jonos mates channel Ken .. Homeless Trucker ?
Happy trails.....
Thanks for all the info, very interesting.
Yes I watch Ken’s channel sometimes. 😁
Enjoyed that as usual Sheralin, I noted how nice and friendly the people normally are at UK places even though the rest of it leaves a lot to be desired esp for us drivers. Keep up the good work, greetings from Denmark.
Glad you enjoyed it.
Not all places are good, the supermarket RDC’s can leave a lot to be desired but I try to be pleasant with everyone, even when they’re not with me. 😁
Good morning Sherralin 😊 yet another great video 👍🏻 Loved the truck stop in Spain 🇪🇸 As before I don’t do European 🇪🇺 driving anymore so it fantastic coming along for the ride with you 🤩 I’m on uk domestic rules but still love seeing you showing EU tachograph rules as you can never have enough information on the most complicated driving rules ever made up 🙄 Take care as always Stevie xx
Thank you 😁
Another interesting and enjoyable video, thank you. Your tacho showed km lorry travelled. I reckon that’s about 547,000 miles or so. Still on same engine etc. ? Final road to delivery looked narrow for artics! Hope all’s well with you and yours.
Regards, Phil, Suffolk👍😁
I think so, I know it’s been well looked after but I don’t know much more about it. It drives very nice too.
Hi,good evening how you doing hopefully you are ok another great video you're snippets of laws and regulations are very much appreciated as i am retired it good to keep up to date i know you said you're not an expert but the problem with tachos its so called experts that thought of them you are the best i have watched a few driver channel but you speak to folk the way you wish to be spoken to with a word or two we don't hear enough these days civility and respect please don't change Lady regards and best wishes from Scotland🇬🇧🏴🚛🚜
Thank you, very kind. 😁
By the look and the state of the roads I thought you were coming into Stafford on the second delivery keep em lit girl looking forward to seeing the next video you keep me sane girl Reggie xxx
😂😂 You should Google what’s happened in my home town (Ross on Wye) this weekend! The rain has caused havoc, lifting tarmac and pavement blocks!
On a trip like this the overall mileage and hours driving would be interesting I have done Murcia region to Leicestershire approx 1400 miles living in the murcia region now
New subscriber here,,, keep on truckin ❤
Yay! Thanks for subscribing, glad you enjoy the channel 😁
Hi Sherralin, another lovely video. Have to comment on the book someone sent you. As well as a retired (long time ago😄😄) Euro truck driver, I'm also love train vids. As a die hard v8 man, ( my own range rover, case in point) I love V engines 6, 8 10 +++ as in loco engines. Waffle, waffle but Mongolian rail channel has fantastic train, ulaanbattar scenes, and yes, seems a place to visit. So I understand why the book was sent. Have a UA-cam Google, seems a fantastic place
Enough...., thanks again , you take care.
MARK uk
Yep, Ulaanbaatar looks really interesting. Charlie Boardman & Ewan McGregor went there when they did Long Way Round, Mongolia looks an amazing place. I’d love to tour it but don’t know how safe it would be on my own, I’ll have to look into it.
@@GBtrucklady thanks for reply. I'm sure there's a safe tour company out there. Seems a lot of people like to visit. Channel on you tube is Mongol rail🚆🚇🚞. There's other drive around videos too.😊😊😊👍👍
MARK uk
@markrich6657 Thanks I’ll check it out. 👍🏻
Another cracking vlog Sherralin keep them coming stay safe and take care
Thank you 😁
Enjoy every video you do and always interesting and informative
Thank you 😁
Brilliant as per usual.....keep them coming ...
Thank you 😁
There were 6 potholes on oneside and half a dozen in the other lol
Great video as always thank you
Thank you 😁
A other good video keep safe drive safe
Thanks for watching 😁
great content sherralin, memories of wrangle and boston.
Thank you. 😁
What lovely facilities in Spain 👍
They’re not all like that, it’s one of the best. 👍🏻
There is usually more foreign workers around the Boston area than you see in Spain or Portugal 😂😂
At gorehall if you went up
the round about turn left through village called bank or the village tarleton before you turned right are better routes in & out worked around there now for 30 years doing wholesale fruit & veg
Thanks for the info 👍🏻😁
Bring back the tachograph and the paper clip lol, your know what i mean if you have been driving long enough. Eva been in to Gomez in Bridge in Kent. stay safe out there.
Great,, another most enjoyable jaunt,,
Thank you 😁
Briene was owned by my mate it was half way house as it was known as back in the early 90s we done istanbull for years along with the men from Essex transport my mate phill still lives in france
Can't understand why they just don't change the rules to a 14 hr spreadover per day and 10 hrs off per day then there's no worrying about how many reduced rests and extended driving stints you've done
That would be all too simple! 😂😂
If like me you've worked in the construction industry(painter)then you already know common sense has no place in the work force
12 on 12 off end of.
@@sk1nzsk1nz34 I could live with that
Use to be 13 on 11 off.
He lives in a town called cuisery with a lovely french wife ask round to all the old timers do they know the restaurant and parking area as well as a famous restaurant near st dizier
Interesting vlog, England for a change. Thank you x
Glad you enjoyed it 😁
I enjoy all vlogs. Don't drive big trucks now as digi ran out & only got till next year to retire
😁👍🏻
Great again sherralin thanks 😊
Thank you. 😁
Lincolnshire is as good as the root vegetable growing capital of Britain! The plastic sheeting on the fields is to supress weeds and warm the soil to bring the harvesting time of certain vegetables earlier than normal. Neighbouring Nottinghamshire seems to specialise in growing carrots!
Thanks for the info 😁
if you have been doing spain for years tell me where freds was and victors were also the cabbage patch in france also briene are
They were all cafe/restaurants/bar/truckstop type places.
Fred’s is in Coslada (although it’s in a different place to where it was originally. It is now just a local cafe at the bottom of a block of flats, with no parking the last time I was there) Victors was on the N1 (non existent now) and the Cabbage patch was on the bottom of N10 at Bordeaux, (also non existent now as it lost it’s alcohol licence and was closed by the local council. It’s now part of an industrial estate, but the bp post is still there) Hope that helps you?
Brilliant video
Thank you 😁
Well that was a bit of a rat maze to get to your second drop!! Wouldn't like to do it at night....as usual you nailed it!! Bravo!!
Riding shotgun with you from New Orleans
Thank you 😁
Ha ha. Very good
Thank you 😁
Formby, where Klopp lives but only for a few more weeks. Also those fields are very fertile because they took the night soil; from Liverpool.
I’m sure this means something to football people 😂😂 Above my head I’m afraid 🤷🏼♀️😂😂 Thanks for watching though 😁
@@GBtrucklady Not really, just you were close to where Klopp lives a bit of info thats's all. Maybe you don't know what night soil was, well all big cities had human waste to get rid of, it was called night soil and was delivered to farm land by truckers of the day and that's why the soil became so fertile, just a bit of info that's all.
Oh, you learn something new everyday! Thanks for the info 😁👍🏻
I have recently found your channel and I’m intrigued,do you get a daily allowance to cover food, showers e.t.c.
Hi thanks for watching. Yes drivers get what’s called “night out money”. This tax free rate is set by the government and industry bodies. The rate depends on the area you are in, roughly it between £25 & £35. The rules for the tax man can be very confusing but basically you need to have receipts.
When Southerners go oop north 😂
Lancashire not Cheshire 👍
Great video as always, Sherralin 👍
Thanks for watching.
😂😂 Although Lancashire and Cheshire (only Shropshire in between us) are further north than Herefordshire, I wouldn’t say I was a southerner 🤷🏼♀️😂😁
Yo Ho Ho Ho 😊 me again with the "100 % Total Respect 👍
Thank you 👍🏻😁
The bont cab is called a T cab
but there is american trucks in uk as in used to drive a Kenworth W990 XXL sleeper withg large bed kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet but i only used motorways here in uk as i had regular contracts so it was same jobs all the time
Lovely, just not very practical if you have to stay to motorways. 😁
@@GBtrucklady useed to go on A?B roads in uk
@@GBtrucklady i used to drive longer trucks when i was in RAF 100ft long so was used to bigger trucks
People dont get your bed slightly sloping the wrong way ,to me its like being hung upside down. i hate it even my wheels on a curb makes my bed slope , I can only sleep one way head behind passenger seat .
😂😂 Yep I’m the same. Used to do my son’s head in when I’d drive around parking area looking for a place that my head was right way up. 😂😂
Hi we work on the transic which is connected to your tacho which allows you to work 7 days as all our minutes are calculated DVSA FREAK OUT lol
I did ask before can’t remember when is your brother called Alan he works at spires doing markets
Thanks for the info.
No my brother’s name was Phill. He past away in 2019
Hi just like to ask do you use a satnav or do you use a phone app as I've never seen you use one or have I missed it 😜
Yep I’ve got a Tom Tom, I’ve had it years, just update it once a month, no idea what model it is. I also use Google maps if I’m not sure if I can get in somewhere. I walk the little man along to check. If I’m still not confident I can get in I’ll call the company to check the route.
Southport is in Lancashire not Cheshire 😀
Close! 😂😂
Not as good as the Pilbara.
This is cabbage country
😁👍🏻
