Spoilers ahead the chainsaw devil is the strongest devil even in the underworld and makima wants him only because of the chainsaw devil i haven't seen the movie but already completed the manga from what I know in hell devil's used to fight each other and they basically ki*l each other and they got reincarnate again when they the devil's that have died cannot remember how they die but the last thing they can hear is the sound of a chainsaw now you can guess it and makima is also a devil im not sure of her if she's a devil but i know for sure that she has many devil contracts in fact she has contracts with all the devil and since all they can hear sounds if chainsaws in their past life that's y makima is so intrested in the main character some of it may be wrong but this is how i remember it correct me if im wrong cause i already completed the manga 2 year's ago
