One of the rather fun aspects of kpop are the fan chants. You'll hear it when you watch videos of live performances that take place in Korea (we get a bit too excited in the west and often forget not to just sing along) - the fans have their own part, the fan club will release the lyrics with the chant for every song being promoted, telling us when we have a response or when we join in unison. It sounds really cool whenever I hear it!

I won't agree or disagree on your separate impressions of the girls in the second half of the video as we all are different and are attracted to different qualities, so good on you! To answer your question regarding Jisoo, each member is assigned different "positions " within the group by their company. Jisoo, besides being a Vocalist, is the group's VISUAL. One member in a group is assigned VISUAL.
The term VISUAL does not necessarily mean "prettiest", as beauty is subjective. It refers to the member who is closest to "Classic Korean Beauty Standards", which was created by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. A VISUAL is the closest to these standards and encompasses a slim figure, smooth, pale, dewy skin, straight eyebrows and a v-shaped jawline.

You mentioned Rose' singing an emotional part but show Jennie, you might have confused the two. Yes, the chant "Blackpink in your area" and/or "Blackpink" is a trademark in most of their mv's. Blackpink covers Miguel's classic R&B hit SURE THING. They perform it live on Party People, sing it all in English, and Jennie and Lisa wrote rap lyrics to add to their rendition of the song. Would enjoy seeing you react to it.

Very good dance assessment. Lisa has been dancing since she was four years old, I would call her a "Natural Dancer", she feels the music and can dance without thinking. Rosé's movements are very sharp and precise, which comes off well in choreos like this one. She was a cheerleader before she joined the group, and is more of a "Technical Dancer". Jennie can keep up but tends to fall short in live performances, and Jisoo always gives it her all.

Actually Blackpink's choreography is quite "simple" or "tone down", they debuted in 2016 after all. These days the new girl groups goes very HARD. Don't think Blackpink can do it. I love them, just saying.
