CS-80 Doctor Who Theme

This is a Peter Howell-like version of the Doctor Who theme played on a CS-80 and a few other synthesizers. There's an absence of the Middle-8 theme in this version. Enjoy!

Very nicely done. Is this the Arturia CS-80 vst? Had it for a several years and it's very cool.
There's a studio near me that has a real CS-80 in working order. Going to book some time in there at some point.

Yes, it is indeed an Arturia CS-80 vst. I love all the Arturia synth recreations, the Moog, MiniMoog, Synclavier, Prophet 5, Oberheim Matrix 2, etc. I find their replications of these synthesizers to be very accurate and just as good as the original hardware boxes.

Yeah, they're a really good way around the obvious issue that those synths are massively expensive and hard to find!
I've got a few real vintage synths and they do sound quite a bit different than vsts. Particularly the analogue ones. There's a lot of variation and quirks that vsts won't be able to replicate 100%. Still, the vsts are still very impressive.
