  • Ingredients:
    Mutton- 500 gram
    Basmati Rice- 500 gram
    ••Soak Basmati Rice for 30 minutes
    Recipe:
    Oil- 4 tbsp
    Onions- 4 medium size
    Green Chillies- 4
    Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
    Turmeric- 1/2tsp
    Red Chilli Powder- 1tsp
    Tomatoes- 7-8
    Salt- 2 tsp
    Cardamom- 4
    Cinnamon- 1 inch
    Cloves- 4
    Shah Zeera- 1 tsp
    Add-
    Mutton- 500 gram
    Water- 1 glass
    Cook until Mutton is soft
    Garam Masala Powder- 1/2tsp
    Whipped Curd- 1 cup
    Chopped Coriander
    Cook and add Water- 1 litre
    Once the water start boiling, add soaked Rice
    Cook for 8-10 minutes.
    Check if the Rice is cooked.
    Serve Hot with Raita/Dahi ki Chutney.
