I've been wanting a TG2 for years and after seeing this, this is the kind of company I want to support. Times are tight but as soon as I can save the money I'm all in!!
i have a chandler mic and a cassette. really glad to see how wade employs folks, kinda reminds me of how you make a band where you just kinda ask around your local area and try to make it work, upskill and specialise your team and get on with it. respect
This video makes me love this company. I didn't know they were even a US company--they're based in Iowa, and these are the real people making the products??? Awesome.
@@experiment0003 ? I only meant that this is a small company and the people shown in the video actually build the gear. I originally thought they were UK based.
Was already an owner of a few Chandler products, and like some other commenters here, decided to buy a pair of TG-2s after watching this video. The irony of the video, though, is that its audio quality is poor. They were profiling a high end boutique audio equipment manufacturer, but they couldn't get their audio sorted out properly (audio was either too high or too low for the duration of the video). They filmed an office full of expensive Chandler gear -- including their stellar compressors -- but the audio was in desperate need of some mixing to bring up the lows and limit the highs.
Have you ever considered that you might be a pedantic bore? This clip was not produced by Chandler. It is an item taken from a kind of magazine show on local manufacturers and producers. Perhaps the local chamber of commerce created it?. I think I could safely guess that its a show that goes out on a public access channel and the producers and tech operators are enthusiastic, resourceful people who volunteer their time to help make the show either for the pleasure of being involved in a broadcast production and/or are recent graduates who give their time for free to gain that first paragraph on their CV. Because it is made in those circumstances, the producers and tech crew should be proud of achieving the standards they have whilst operating with the dual challenge of being brand new graduates and who have yet to learn the real world tricks and volunteers that have had no formal instruction in the tech involved who make use of modestly priced equipment in a clean, clear and competent manner. The Chandler promo clips that I have seen offer very slick audio production for obvious reasons. @TheDriveAndDash I would urge you to get ur ass down off your highhorse and have a read of the fine print before passing judgement. Lastly, I assume you are American? you are? ...of course. Its not your fault that your culture still has to come to a proper understanding of irony, so that error was not yours. I'm never coming back to the comments section after the you tube binge I've had recently. Too many negative, know it all comments mixed with vile anti-semitism. Why would anyone want my opinion on a clip anyway. I'm just going to watch the clips and move on...
This video sealed the deal. I am getting a TG-2. Thanks for showing the people that make this great gear! that's what sold me.
I agree. Love seeing all ages in the workplace.
A trick: you can watch movies on Flixzone. Been using them for watching a lot of movies lately.
@Jacoby Chad definitely, I've been watching on flixzone for years myself =)

What? As opposed to, say, people from other countries?
