Great video. I appreciate how friendly and polite you are to those around you. Some people shouldn't have a driver's license, why do they its ok to park on the highway? Bless their heart...they're stupid. Love you and your sweet family.
Love this series of traveling and picking, don't have this in California. Congratulations to your daughter. I have a suggestion for the New name for your channel, The Homeschooled Picker
Great video series 👍 You are blessed to be seeing and buying such wonderful treasures at one time!!🤩❤👍So happy you are having a worthwhile adventure 😀 Keep the items coming and stay safe ❤ Just FYI, the driving feeling of worry 😟 never goes away no matter how old they get.❤
Been watching you and husband and family..love the show..thank you for having a loving and heart for God people..not easy doing what you all do..God bless you all.Amen...brother James..TYLER TEXAS
Oh Kayla letting them drive is so hard. That whole "having a child is like letting your heart go walking around outside of your chest" saying becomes so true once they start driving. Hope all went well for Madison. Great video.
I like watching your videos and learning how & what to choose. These traveling videos have been so much fun! Everyone is soooo friendly & their southern accents, oh my!
It is scary Kayla…Jackson has his permit and has been driving us around. It’s so hard not to be in control of the car or truck that he’s driving at the time!! I wish your girl the best with it!! God protect all of our children out there on the highways 🙏
I was the same way. I'm not used to ever being a rider. My daughter wanted to drive 55 on wet gravel road. Her: you have 4wheel drive Me: it doesn't work if we are upside down.
Oh my gosh!! I can’t believe anyone would take a chance and park alongside the highway in Georgia! 😱😱 We used to drive from NC to FL and I held my breath through the entire state because those GA state troopers have people pulled over everywhere!…..true story but I don’t understand why people would cause a possible accident like that!
Totally get it. Me and my baby almost died this year because someone was standing in the first lane in the Interstate IN THE SNOW! I slammed on my breaks and spun out 360 slammed in the barrier multiple times. It’s not only the safely of yourself getting out of your vehicle but for those driving as well!
You are so right miss thing, our kids drive solo is never having peace of mind for a parent 😧😱. Thanks for all your videos, I love to go garaga-sale-ing with you 👍😁
Awesome finds Kayla 😉 We have the same taste in items. I do the same thing here in California. I really enjoy watching your videos. I have learned alot from you 😉
Hey y'all I have just started watching you and I am having a blast. I absolutely love Yard sales!! I'm from Shelbyville KY so it's really cool to see that you all are from KY too. Thank you for sharing and God bless you all!!
I have 21 full sets of Fiestaware, plus the platers, salt pepper set, cream, and sugar ( etc.) I stopped at 21 sets. I thought why??? but I love them. Also, the flatware has two different patterns. I hardly use them. Something to pass to the granddaughters!
I would've said something too about parking on highway! I'm in Florida and they don't play here lol!!! Again love you and you always make me laugh! Great haul 👌
Kayla IDK you lived in Danville? That's where my church is! RRC Pastor Yokom, 3x a week I am online with those precious ppl. I looked everywhere for a church during Covid started watching and getting involved with that church. There are at times over 140 off us who attend from other States online. I love Ky. I lived in Bowling Green when I was in high school. Great job at all these yard sales, looked like awhole bunch of fun. God Bless you.
I think, no I'm *SURE* the reason you're my favorite flipper/reseller is cuz you interact with people the same way I do: aka "flappin your gap". My hubby's nickname for me is Sir Yaps-A-Lot lol. I absolutely *ADORE* talking to folks. You meet such cool people that way. So it's like finding a kindred spirit on a video speaking back at ya lmao!
I'm also a full-time eBay seller. I'd be curious to know your objective thoughts about the future of the platform? Do you think it's strong? Or will it become the Myspace of ecommerce platforms soon? No one can argue that the user interface is antiquated and the search functionality is sub-par compared to it's competitors. Couple that with Chinese dropshippers absolutely flooding the platform and the future seems a little bleak to me. It actually just dawned on me the other day that despite the fact that I sell on the platform full time, I rarely purchase on the platform. What are your thoughts?
There are kits to fix the Big Mouth Bass if it's just the head or tail not moving. Otherwise, yeah it's trash. That was a little crazy parking on the highway. lol
My daughter has that Maui doll. First I forgot all about and heard some man's voice on the monitor and freaked me out for a minute. Lol Second time my daughter farted and just then Maui says " I was not expecting that." I wish I had been recording it.
I live in the Coastal Georgia area, sold and bought at the Peaches to Beaches in the St Mary's area for several years. Then Covid hit and I've not heard anything since. I miss it, especially those set up on the side of the road and their yards. Great finds.
I always wanted Fiesta dishes too and I finally got them. I used them for two years trying so hard to love them, but I just didn’t. They are super heavy, they get hot in the microwave, and they scratch when you cut things on them. I gave them to my daughter and got myself another set of Corelle. I did keep the fiesta coffee mugs, but I love my new Corelle dishes.
I want them so bad, not enough to pay some of prices I've seen online but one day I hope to have all the beautiful colors in my cabinet. God bless you.
@@57msdeb Thank you for letting me know. I have Lupus can not afford to buy things that do not last or are too heavy etc. I have Stoneware right now that is 15 yrs. old I just love the colors of the Fiesta. I will just enjoy looking at other ppl. God bless you.
Ohh great advice! I too, hate using heavy dishes… I have a weak wrist so they are not fun. Also the microwave thing… you would think they would have figured that out with how popular they are. Appreciate the tips!
Just saw your latest video so now I'm binge watching:) Linda on Linda's DIY mentioned you on her latest video...thrift shopping so I thought I'd check you out!! Great job....I too love to thrift ....like Mother Thyme says "it's the thrill of the hunt" :)
Can you do a video on things you need to purchase and have on hand in order to do your online selling? I'm trying to learn more in order to get started.
when my boys began driving the younger one learned first, I got them a new car to drive so there would be safe technology plus no late nite breakdowns, they worked till midnite
You need one of those collapsible basket on wheels. I feel bad cause I always see your arms full. That would save you time and make it easier to look for more treasures.
People absolutely park on the road during the Roller Coaster yard sale in Kentucky. That runs from Cave City down Hwy 90 and Hwy 63.This was especially bad around Glasgow.
I love your videos! I'm a professional TV editor in Los Angeles, but I'm from Dayton, Ohio, so hearing your accent makes me feel at home. :) I love the price graphics you did in this one! I think it would be even better if you put a few words above the amount when doing these, such as "RUNNING TOTAL THIS SALE:" or "RUNNING TOTAL TODAY:" Keep up the awesomeness - on a budget. :)
I don't mind when you point out yard sale etiquette. Some things aren't obvious and should be pointed out. Where I live, residential streets often get blocked by yard sale customers, and the people holding the sale get grief from the authorities, even though they tell the people to park legally, which is hardly fair.
I hate garage sale people that think they should get eBay or on line prices for their stuff. If they want that much they should just sell the stuff on line and not waste peoples time. Why do people always thing their items are worth hundreds. It amazes me sometimes.
Where you in Asheville North Carolina area on this sale? The one gentleman mentioned Smileys Flea Market and that’s our local Flea Market so it was a dead giveaway. He was the guy with the dishes. I would love to run into you at a yard sale. That would be the bomb! Thanks for filming all your sales and just being you. Love to watch you and your hubby.
Wait til I show my wife the Fiesta. She collects them. She may just cry. Pretty good prices. Some of the those were retired colors. Wonder how much the dinner plates were?
The red outline on today’s video, made me skip past it thinking I had already watched it on UA-cam. Because you know how when you watch it that little red line goes across the bottom? Just so you know, I hate to miss any of your videos.
Hey Kayla! I woke up with your channel on my mind this morning! Lol…….5 am on a Saturday when I could have slept in! 🤦🏻♀️ I couldn’t think of any suggestions for a new channel name for you mostly because it can be difficult to “rebrand” something that you have poured your heart and soul into! I couldn’t tell you why but I started wondering if by chance you were homeschooled at any time in your youth? If you were, I thought you can simply change your channel name from The Homeschooling Picker to The Homeschooled Picker. If it applies to your situation, I think you’d be able to retain the familiarity factor that you’ve earned from the blood, sweat and tears you’ve shed building your “famous” (as declared by the Philly Phlipper 😜) and successful UA-cam career! Anyway, I needed to get that thought sent to you before it could disappear in my Swiss cheese memory! When I went from being a mom of 3 to a mom of 4……I somehow am incapable of stringing multiple productive thoughts together in any kind of intelligent sequence! 🤦🏻♀️
I absolutely LOVE how you have the running total of the buying/selling prices. It makes it so easy to follow along!
Great video. I appreciate how friendly and polite you are to those around you. Some people shouldn't have a driver's license, why do they its ok to park on the highway? Bless their heart...they're stupid.
Love you and your sweet family.
Tough day when my oldest got his license. But was so great to have help with driving!!
Just came over from Trash to Cash. I'm a reseller (full time) Great content!!! Keep up the good work!!!
Girl,. Another great video, thank you so much for inviting us into your home and family!!!!! Love y'all so much!!!

Fellow UA-camr and Garage Saler here - We see crazy parking and driving ALL the time! Just gotta have patience and have fun. 🙂
Great video series 👍 You are blessed to be seeing and buying such wonderful treasures at one time!!🤩❤👍So happy you are having a worthwhile adventure 😀 Keep the items coming and stay safe

That takes “I break for yard sales” (bumper sticker) to a whole other level ! How scary to park on a highway for a sale.So unnecessary.
Oh Kayla letting them drive is so hard. That whole "having a child is like letting your heart go walking around outside of your chest" saying becomes so true once they start driving. Hope all went well for Madison. Great video.

First time..not my last..watching your videos.. It's so nice to see not all reseller's haggle on prices..
I love watching your videos and sales Kayla!! I Love yard sales, Goodwill hunting and flea markets too!!
Oh my gosh!! I can’t believe anyone would take a chance and park alongside the highway in Georgia! 😱😱
We used to drive from NC to FL and I held my breath through the entire state because those GA state troopers have people pulled over everywhere!…..true story but I don’t understand why people would cause a possible accident like that!
Great finds today! Wild how some people will park for yard sales.
Good luck to your daughter on driving. Good video, I have so much fun watching you. You're the best!
A nice Fiesta jug is on my hit list. Loving the accents ☺️. Some people have no sense parking the way they do.

Great job! I will be more careful myself when our sales start. Always a learning experience. You and Paul are so much fun to watch !
I had to go through six kids getting their driver's license. It is just as you said, exciting but a little daunting.
Awesome finds Kayla 😉 We have the same taste in items. I do the same thing here in California. I really enjoy watching your videos. I have learned alot from you 😉
Congratulations to your daughter 🙏🏼❣️🎉
Girl I am so proud of you!!! That man needed to be put down a notch!! Good for you and Matt!!!! ❤❤
Good Luck Madison!!!!!!!!!! You'll do great, just watch out for the people~~~~~~~~~
I am totally loving this series! Congrats to your daughter - what a huge step for her!

I haft to say you have the best manners. It's so refreshing..also you do a awesome job at what u do.
I love this video. My daughter is getting ready to get her learns totally get you!
Good luck I’ve been thru it 4 times (4 kids ) just stay prayed up as my granny would say

21 sets as in settings for 21 people or 21-4 piece settings
I love finding vintage Pokémon items! Great find once again!
I have multiple fiesta colors for my dishes, it looks like a rainbow when I open my cabinets.
I don't even buy the Billy Bass things anymore, they never seem to work for me so I don't mess with them anymore. Good trip with some great finds.
I would've said something too about parking on highway! I'm in Florida and they don't play here lol!!! Again love you and you always make me laugh! Great haul 👌

You crack me up when you say mind your business. Lol
New here!! I covet those kind of sales (California here) I also covet your accent, love it. Enjoyed going with you to the sales.
You've got talent, an eye for what sells!👍🏻
Thanks for sharing!! You're a smart woman!!
Some of the best parts of your videos is what the yard sellers say. I’d be biting a hole through my tongue to keep my mouth shut. 🤣🤣
You never ask for a better pricel I’ve noticed. Why is that? Especially at the sales that you buy a lot of items. Do you ever ask for bundle deals?
Preach on sister about the crazy parking...you're just trying to save lives!!!
My wife & I set up in Danville for about 10 years at the fairgrounds ( a lot of Fun)
Thank you
We have a similar sale. And people do it here too all the time , so many accident each year, the dodos will end up getting these sales canceled.

I thought I was hearing things when you guys mentioned That Chapter. My two favorite corners of youtube are reselling and true crime! :D Nice scores!
Haha yes I’ve watched them all (post chemtrails of course) 🤣🤣 I’m a true crime fanatic
My daughter has that Maui doll. First I forgot all about and heard some man's voice on the monitor and freaked me out for a minute. Lol

Love watching you I'm hooked. Don't listen to those haters out there they are gealous of you. Home schooling your children is the best. God bless you

I prayed as my daughter left for school each day!
Another great day! Excited for the next one. Now heading to IG to check you out
From Yorkshire in England. Totally agree about the parking. Thankyou for keeping me entertained
