I own an estate sale liquidation company and I’m also a reseller. There’s no shame in the game. I even tell my resellers what to look out for the second day when I discount or I’ll point out good buys for reselling. Plus, it’s even funner when I see them at other estate sales or yard sales and we point out things to each other It’s great! 😁
I’ve been collecting, buying and selling for many many many years and some people frown upon resellers but what people don’t understand is, we take our time in hunting for these treasures plus spend time cleaning, listing and storing the items. Keep up the good work, I support. 💜💜💜

I just started watching your channel. I just subscribed. Thank you for showing the check outs and the stuff you pass on. I especially respect the scratch and dents you pass on. I have regretted half of my scratch and dents "projects" I have purchased. As far as the missed purchases, it is someone else's blessing for the day. You have an amazing eye for picking. Thank you for your videos. Keep killing it and dragging it home. Have a great week.
Kayla with a kind heart. Love that about you. Even when we know your focused on making that money, you stop to listen and that says alot about you. I love pyrex and I loved that orange pyrex you got. So glad you got it. Also that bull was so cool and I think you could have made some money on it. Anyways loved what you got and you will do great. Also I purschased that wallet from you and I got it and I love it so thank you!!

My favorite part of this video is when your daughter your daughter came into view behind you and she just slowly ducked down to get out of the picture. It was too cute.
So enjoy watching you!!! Because of you I have a new hobby LOL!! Love the excitement of finding hidden treasures at yard sale. Even got my husband doing it. He found a Nintendo DSI for only $2. He was so funny when he found it...he held onto that thing & held his breath till we paid for it thinking it was to good to be true! LOL!! Plus we found a HUGE dish set with 22 karat gold trim for $5 for the hold set (estimated resell is $250!!!!). Thank you so much for what you do! Always excited to see you new videos.
Kayla, you are always an inspiration! I love that you are kind, thoughtful and authentic in your videos! You have an amazing eye for a good buy and follow your instincts! Thanks for teaching the rest of us how it’s done and sharing your journey!
You need to look at the cloth body on the American girl dolls. The older ones have white bodies and are worth more. Some of the Samantha’s have special eye colors that can make them worth about $2000. Ive been selling American girl dolls for 25 years. If you ever have any questions I’d be glad to help you out. There’s so much to learn. Some out the outfits sell for hundreds as well.
@Diane Humphrey that’s inaccurate information. Like I said, I’ve been buying and selling these dolls for 25 years. I have approximately 120 of them currently in my personal collection. There’s a lot of different factors to the value of a doll. Samantha, Molly and Kirsten were the original 3 dolls, and all 3 came with a white body. Samantha has different variations of eye colors and commands a higher price than Molly. (Amber, slate, coral). In 1986 when they were first made, they retailed for $68, and $75 with a hard back book. As with selling anything information is key. Misinformation is bad for everyone , especially resellers.
Thank you so much for telling us about the lemon essential oil to remove adhesive! My husband sat on a chair that I had a piece of tape on and it was so stuck on. I didn't think I was going to be able to salvage the chair. I tried your tip and it worked so so well. Thanks again!!
You did it again. Found fabulous thing at fabulous prices.😊I live for your wonderful Thursday videos. ☺️can’t wait for garage sale season. 🥰 You are the best Kayla. Always remember that and tat hat we love you 💕♥️. Thanks
Wow some of those prices were great. Love you kept your little Egret...he's awesome. Your little girl is beautiful and shy lol! Thanks for another great video Kayla:)
Kayla, don't worry about being outed. I'm sure the people who put on those sales know there are resellers there. Those home recorded tapes aren't huge sellers, but they do sometimes sell, depending on what's on them. I got bags of old tapes for free, full of shows like Columbo, Murder She Wrote, and Magnum P.I., recorded off USA and Lifetime and others in the 90s, complete with commercials. I listed lots of ten for $50 and sold a few. I was also given 36 tapes full of X-Files episodes, recorded in the 90s, with commercials, and sold the lot for $300, free shipping within a few weeks of listing. I've sold concerts recorded off MTV and VH1 for $20-30 each.
My parents still have so many vhs tapes including ones with the Clinton impeachment trials on them. Too bad we don't have a way to play some of them! 😆
Glad you found some great items!! Also glad to see you bundled up…. I worried about you awhile back on some of your posts where you were actually shivering!! Love your channel! 🌻
So far this year the ebay priced yard sales is what I have been finding as well. I haven't been to many yard sales yet beings its trying to warm up here in Indiana. I am ready for yard sale season to begin. Cant wait to see more of your videos and keep on Pickin!!!

I went to a church yard sale and the members had individual booths. One was my neighbor and he knew I sold on ebay. He wanted $100.00 for a box of wrestling figures. Needless to say I passed. I then found a box of vintage body powder for a 1.00 that sales for $85.
OMG, I cannot believe the beautiful Pyrex they have at the sales by you!! That Friendship dish and lid would probably sell for $60 - $80 at the estates sales here in Michigan. Guess I need to head down to KY to hit a few sales!! Lol
These estate sales were interesting, I always thought everything would be so expensive! They were not badly priced which is a great thing. Now I think I would go to them. Thanks for taking us along with you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻
I love how pleasant and gracious you are. I love the shopping part but am too timid to actually get on to sell at ebay. Trying to build up the courage. I have a small booth at an ecclectic shop and really end up with just a small profit after paying for my booth rental. Thank you for your videos, they're slowly giving me encouragement while helping me learn and understand the whole process. I like your personality and manners probably more than most other people on these channels and only hope to be able to come across as lovely as you😊
I was the same. I finally listed one item in May of 2022 and have been selling ever since. Took me two years to get the courage and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t start sooner. I’m really enjoying it 😊. All in good time, when you’re ready you’ll just jump right in and do it😊
I have been downsizing for 10 yrs n still have stuff to sell. I tried eBay last year and got ATE up by fees! They even charge fees on shipping! Didn’t find it worth it at all.
Oh please next time use your Google lens, a lot of that stuff goes for some crazy money. The bull morano 75 to 100. The African art good money too. Keep up the awesome videos, love watching!!
also so cool the conversation between a new seller and a vet seller. i do like his style of in person and flea markets, my best friend's mom buys Amazon crates, and makes trips to Mexico and brings back reall cool stuff, but sells at flea markets. i bought a Clifford pajama set from her!

Some folks think their crap is worth a bunch. They aren't willing to do the work and sell it online to get that price, but they don't have a problem asking that kind of money at a yard sale. It just amazes. If it helps, they will either be left holding it at the end, OR they will give up and get what they can for it while they can. Been doing this LONG time (buying and selling). What a fun day 😃 thanks for sharing the journey..
I’m so excited to try an estate sale! I’ve never been to one! How do you find out about them? You are awesome as always!
I always see them listed on Facebook marketplace and local Facebook sale pages personally :)
Hi Kayla, we enjoy your energetic videos. BTW, did you mistakenly pay 60 instead of 40 at the estate sale where you bought the meter lamp and orange pyrex?
I saw that too. I think so😢
That's not something that Kayla usually does. Always impressed at how she so quickly finds, adds up the stats and makes decisions !
We pick a lot of the same stuff. I totally feel you on the clothes, I have a ton of them right now, I need someone that knows what they are, Women's jeans usually have me stumped..
You are so sweet to your viewers!!
Good finds ❤️📹👍Have a great day everyone 😉
Love all your videos! Look forward to seeing them each week!
Your my new fav!! Like your style of shopping. Matt's my #2.
Yes you should look for glass paper weights. Good money!
I'm just looking at these beautiful homes!
Hi Kayla! Glad it is Thursday!!!😊
It does not matter if you are buying for yourself or to resell.....they get the money they ask for either way.
That samantha in box check for white body she’d be worth a lot more plus always check they are not signed by pleasant rowland because they can go in thousands
I really enjoyed watching your videos you learn me a lot when I watch them if I watch you a lot
That pair of egrets is gorgeous. Sad to break them up! I'd keep both if I found them.
