- Hi everyone! 🌟 Today I present to you a new delicious recipe by Flavia Diamante: Mango Panna Cotta! 🍮 This spoon dessert is fresh and easy to prepare, perfect for any occasion.
The recipe consists of three layers: a classic panna cotta (with optional cardamom 😋), a layer of raspberry jelly and a light panna cotta with fresh mango puree 😍. You can make it more or less decorative depending on your motivation.

✨ THE INGREDIENTS ✨ (for 3-6 people)
PANNA COTTA:
✅ Cream: 500 ml
✅ Honey: 30 g
✅ Granulated sugar: 30 g
✅ Vanilla extract: 1/2 teaspoon or one berry
✅ Gelatin: 4 g
✅ Cardamom: 5-6 whole pods
MANGO LAYER:
✅ Mango puree: 250 ml (approximately 1 mango)
✅ Cream: 150 ml
✅ Gelatin: 4 g
✅ Water (to make the jelly bloom): 2 tablespoons
✅ Honey: 40 g or to taste
✅ Lemon juice: a splash for acidity / prevent oxidation
RASPBERRY AND CRANBERRY LAYER:
Produces 150ml of filtered puree
✅ Berries (raspberries and cranberries): 300 g
✅ Granulated sugar: 100 g
✅ Cream: 50 ml
✅ Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
✅ Gelatin: 2 g (or 1 g of agar-agar)
MANGO PIECES:
✅ A diced mango
✅ Simple syrup (optional): 50 g (50 ml)
✅ Gelatin: 1 g (twice as much as usual)
