Tovino was bad in Adrishya jaalakangal. Couldn't even finish watching it. Just because you paint your face black doesn't mean you're acting greatly 😂 He looks really good and changes his appearance for every film BUT literally no difference in acting. Look at fahadh faasil. He doesn't change his physique for every film. But he conveys the emotions through his expressions and eyes only. Now thats called real acting. So i hope tovino stops giving "appearance change" the most importance and starts giving priority to emotional acting. Otherwise its just fancy dress. Just my two cents.
Fahad doesn't do much either. He only has the same set of expressions to offer in every movie. Plus those light brown eyes.
Tovino has more potentials than fahadh esp in fight and dance and doing mass roles..fahadh has not much proved in these segments..tovino will evolve both as a star and an actor..but fahadh couldnt

@@ajayraj-wh3qc lol evolved? Look, I'm not his hater or sumthn. Infact I used to like him before but lately I realised that he's not evolving at all. He's changing his looks in every film but acting is the same! I was watching Kilometres and kilometres the other day and couldn't handle his cringey acting and turned off the film. I've never done that for any of fahadh's films.
Anyway, I hope tovino improves. Like u said, he has potential. He's better than fahad in action. Dance i wouldn't say much. Tovi's dance looks very mechanical. No grace at all. Anyway he can become an action star if he focuses on that.

This anchor is not fit for purpose for such a channel. Such a dead interaction style and horrible questions. Tovino is trying so hard to keep this conversation going without getting nothing from the interviewer. He might well be a film expert or aficionado, but he is definitely a terrible interviewer. Stinking up the place bad.
You need to cut him some slack. It's his first interview for the channel, so probably there are some nerves to fight. But he brings a relaxed, conversational style that has its own charm.
Dude, why? He is not a newbie, otherwise why would he start off with such a high profile interview? Like I said, he must be some big wig who is pulling rank, but is not capable to conduct an interview.
Just wanted to revisit this since I saw his review of Bramayugam. Again, dead pan, disinterested and with the personality and enthusiasm of a damp squib. This guy might be a cinephile, but that doesn't make him a good visual communicator. Really hope the channel puts him and the viewers out of this misery.
