Aging is a privilege. I didn’t used to feel this way but at 46 years old I’ve lost many friends, starting at 16, who will not experience old age. I feel lucky to have had the years that I have. I don’t want to age faster than I should but I’m okay with aging now.
This 71 yr "young" subscriber smiled so BIG when you said "anti-aging" should be changed to "positive aging". 👍🏻👏Just this morning another favorite influencer talked about anti-aging products. I literally said aloud, "can ANTI-aging products really help someone my age?" Now I'll look at my creams and serums as "positive aging" products and know they will help me!! Thank you, Wayne!
It’s never too late! I’m 68 in a few days and I’ve seen good results from skin care (which I just started this year) and specific products to help specific issues. I’m happy to be my age, but I’d like to feel pretty, too. So I’m enjoying my new routines.
I do not think it is silly because now I am in my 60s and have been assaulted countless times by media's and much of society's message, "Young is better...You MUST stop the aging process." So if "Aging" is a positive thing, why does it have such a negative prefix of "Anti?" I like the idea of, "Positive-aging. " Sorry for the rant. Being in my 60s I am horrified by how fast my face is aging and I have lost hope in improving my appearance. Maybe I have been brainwashed lol. If so, if "Positive " replaces, "Anti," young women may feel aging is a positive thing. Okay enough rambling. 🙃
im 45 and i did since April a 10 step Korean skincare routine. I wish I could show you the pictures... i look 10 years younger. SO well said. I had a childhood friend (we were 3 months apart in age) die of a blood clot before we turned 50. I complain of sagging jowls and thin hair, but I am grateful to still be here.
Love you Wayne and really appreciate what a positive vibe you put out there for us over 40’s. As a woman it’s so hard & seems our only value is when we are in our 20’s. You are a reminder that we have beauty and value no matter what our age. 💕
Also like you said, aging is a gift and I couldn't agree more. Last thing I'm worried about is getting wrinkles. Nobody wants them of course and I take care of my skin, but once I hit my 30s I just didn't care about aging as I started to endure health issues. I think it's a gift as well. Love your positivity ✨
At 64, I happen love how I look NOW more than any other time so far. I approach my daily rituals much like you do, and I believe this all has to do with loving yourself. ( also an overused term) I saw that when I was not happy at my weight, I wasn't interested in my skin. I loved everything about this video! Positive aging is brilliant and such a tremendous privilege. I am 63 years old and am replacing the word "anti-aging" with "healthy aging." Aging means being alive, sharing and spending more time with our loved ones. We should celebrate every day we are healthy bc we are very fortunate. Aging is always good and wrinkles are the Proof.thanks Wayne for sharing your thoughts and skincare routine
New Orleans I use my skincare religiously 2x a daily every day for over 1 1/2 now. I also have been using led light therapy for 2 yrs. I'm 69 yrs old and do not have wrinkles, no dark circles, rosy cheeks and my skin is Radiant. I receive a lot of compliments. It's so important to give the products time to work in order to see the results. If you stop too soon you miss out on the benefits of the products and thinking they don't work. Using the right products and led light consistently does work. You'll love the results. Love your videos Wayne! Thank you for devoting your time sharing with us
Yes! I love your videos. Proper skincare is important for skin health but using gua Shua and an LED mask are game changers for skin health. I’m 30 and started using an LED mask about a year ago and the fine lines that I was getting around my eyes have actually gone away. Plus sunscreen and a gentle retinol and you are set!
I love the phrase positive aging! I learned how to take care of my skin at a later age, and am a firm believer in it. Aging is a blessing! ❤️ Thank you Wayne for your amazing "how to" videos. I've learned quite a bit.

I love that you’re calling it Positive Aging. I am about to turn 43 and even though I’m often told I “don’t look” my age (whatever that means) I have gone from oily skin to very dry skin. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and dry skin is a symptom. I’m just finding though I am careful with skincare my makeup is looking rough. I can’t seem to keep enough moisture on my skin that lightweight foundation doesn’t look like it’s flaking off. I need to definitely try some new products. Thank you, Wayne, for these videos. I love when MUAs focus on skin not in its 20s lol.
I love the term healthy aging. this encompasses so much. we all need to take care of ourselves from the inside out. I've started doing carol's face yoga. I would be great if you did this and updated your results. You are so enjoyable to watch. Your heart is on your sleeve.

Thank you Wayne for showing positive ageing. I love using my LED facial mask, red light 10 minutes every day what a difference it makes. I love my skincare products more than I love my makeup (well maybe equally) anyway I really like talking about skin and how to improve it and other people's opinions on that subject too. Love Wayne. Aging is a privilege as is living but as humans every day we live taking care and living our best life is important. As we age our bodies and skin can become more frail. I want to live at my healthiest as long as possible
ha! 'positive ageing' it is then! thanks for that! im pretty happy with my face, ive always enjoyed make up, i know what looks good on me much more now than when i was in my 20's.(.which was in the 80's so everyone went around looking like a clown after a car crash!)..im enjoying discovering different creams and potions..always enjoy your videos, love that you arent just aiming them at 20 somethings...now, if you could come up with something that sorts out ageing creaky knees too, that would be great!
Just received your tourmaline pallete eye liners ,and synthetic brush thank u they are all lovely xxx would u consider bringing more synthetic brushes out it is really lovely x xxx
Agree 100%! I hate the whole marketing ploy of anti anything, the alternative is death! At 61, silver & healthy I feel more beautiful than I did when I was young. Being able to spend more time & money on myself versus all my energy/time/money on my family is such a change.
The 1 thing I truly regret is not taking care of my skin when I was young! Did u know there r medications that will make it skin look older?! I know this because I'm taking one (maybe 2 but at least 1) I can really see it n my hands. I'm 45 though I don't really look it but my hands like about 65
Hi Wayne...great video, I really want to try the LED light therapy. I would caution you to REALLY look into the 'facial exercise' thing. I have seen numerous videos, mostly from dermatologists that caution against it because it will create WRINKLES. the Face is different from the body....obviously, but it makes sense. If you have a very 'expressive' face, you will have wrinkles in those areas.. I am a prime example. I was a make-up artist for Nordstrom for 29 years. I was EXTREMELY diligent with my skin care and staying out of the sun...and yet, I have fairly deep lines on my forehead above the brows...I absolutely believe it was from my facial expressions. Facial exercise 'moves the face around'...therefore creating wrinkles. I was also a certified personal trainer...the facial muscles do not react the same way as muscles in the body. Anyways...just a word of caution. I am sure you will do your due diligence when it comes to your research on the subject. Thanks for putting out such AWESOME and real content. You are my fav to watch BY far! Take Care!
Excellent video and thank you very much for positive aging tips! I'm very interested in facial workouts!! Would love to hear what you discover on this very interesting topic! Makes total sense to me! Thank you again 💓
Wayne- would love to hear an update from you, maybe in a few months, on what you think of face yoga/facial exercises. I’ve been debating on whether to give it a try. If it’s a huge time commitment every day, I probably wouldn’t do it though even if it proved to be effective. 😊
HOLY CRAP you just changed my life today! It makes me irrationally insane when the water drips down my arms, and here you are with a perfectly simple, elegant fix. Aura, I could hug you! 💗
I love positive aging! I'm 62 and not feeling it at all yet (though I may look it!) Age is a number and I've had my share of setbacks, (5 back/neck surgeries, a motor vehicle accident that nearly killed me and ended up with a shattered knee, a broken fibula, a broken ulna and radius bone in my left arm and three broken face bones plus the inside of my lip was split from one side to the other) but I just keep taking care of myself and my skin. I use mostly products from The Ordinary, Timeless, Curology, and a chemical exfolliant once a week. I do have a red light mask but to be honest, my house has been under construction for two months and I have another month to go so I got off track with using it. I could change my routine to night time. I think everything is working. Oh, I use an eye cream by Revisions called DEJ. It really helps. This was a great video. Though we don't use the same exact products, I think they have the same intention and as you said in the beginning, it's a privilege to grow older. I'd like my neck to be a little less saggy but I'm not going to do anything but red light therapy and serums. Thank you Wayne! 😊

Bless your heart Wayne, we have two choices and I would rather age. Thank you so much for helping me do the right thing in a way that helps me to do it at my best.
Great video Wayne! Haircut looks amazing!!
Love Wayne. Aging is a privilege as is living but as humans every day we live taking care and living our best life is important. As we age our bodies and skin can become more frail. I want to live at my healthiest as long as possible
"Positive aging", marvellous! Such attitude is hard to find these days. Thank you for this video.
You're an inspiration Wayne 💕
Thank you saying that aging is a positive thing! We just celebrated my mother-in-law's 99th birthday and she is just as sassy as ever!
Positive aging, yes! I will remember this. Thank you!
Wayne, you are a legend! Yes, let us all embrace ageing! Thank you for the video!
Agree 100%! I hate the whole marketing ploy of anti anything, the alternative is death! At 61, silver & healthy I feel more beautiful than I did when I was young. Being able to spend more time & money on myself versus all my energy/time/money on my family is such a change.
Based on your review , shall buy these products. Hope this works as said. 🙂
Positive aging! Love the phrase ! Great video :)
I definitely need some positive ageing in our lives. Love your pink towels btw. Emma x
You’re the best Wayne, thank you for keeping it real !!
The 1 thing I truly regret is not taking care of my skin when I was young! Did u know there r medications that will make it skin look older?! I know this because I'm taking one (maybe 2 but at least 1)
I can really see it n my hands. I'm 45 though I don't really look it but my hands like about 65
I’m here for this🙇🏾♀️
Hi Wayne...great video, I really want to try the LED light therapy.
Thank you again 💓
so nice and useful 💅
Wayne- would love to hear an update from you, maybe in a few months, on what you think of face yoga/facial exercises. I’ve been debating on whether to give it a try. If it’s a huge time commitment every day, I probably wouldn’t do it though even if it proved to be effective. 😊
Very informative video & you do look radiant! Thanks for sharing.
Aging is a blessing until you have nobody left in your life to live life with. I live that reality everyday
I’ve watched you from day one and I’ll watch ya ‘till the day I die!
Love and appreciate your wisdom Wayne.
⭐️ I HAVE A WONDERFUL TIP WHEN WASHING YOUR FACE:
Wear sweat wrist bands to prevent water from dripping down your arms. It’s a game changer!
I do that too!! Hate water running down my arms into my sleeves 😬
What a brilliant idea! Never thought of that - thanks, dear heart!
I’m so glad I read comments. Thanks for this tip.. Going to try that!
HOLY CRAP you just changed my life today! It makes me irrationally insane when the water drips down my arms, and here you are with a perfectly simple, elegant fix. Aura, I could hug you! 💗
@@JillKnapp I could hug you too! ☺️ And I’m soo happy I was able to help (and make your life a tiny bit easier)!
I love you, you are an amazing artist and human being. Thank you for all you share with us 🙏🏽
Thanks Wayne! Can't wait to watch 😁💜
I like that Wayne…positive aging. I’m going to use that term going forward.
Thank you Wayne for this informative video. I love you and everything you post:) Keep up the great work!
It's a blessing to age positive ageing
As always Wayne very informative . Love watching and learning all your tips 😁
Thanks Wayne I love my LED mask for those on budget the Boots No7 LED mask is excellent red and near infrared I saw results in a few weeks x
Your skin is looking really nice and radiant Wayne🙂
You have such a nice way about you. Love your thinking “Aging is a privilege” 🥂
Ordered the brightening eye serum hopefully will work on me
I love positive aging! 😊
