Wala po akong exp sa it world pero gusto ko mag network engr. Wala rin diploma Are certs okay to reach it? Ano po kaya una kong kunin na certs to reach that level.
Sir Billy is it ok to start with Service Desk Role for me to have an Entry - Level of Experience para maihanda ko yung sarili ko for Network Field type of role/position sa isang company?
@marklaquian3098 Yap lods! That's the best way to get exposure and build foundation(from experience and from feedback na rin nga mga students ko). Goodluck!
Sir, tanong lang. Kasi may experience ako as Layer 2 provisioner and now I am a broadband network engineer kaso layer 2 lang tapos ang account na handle ko is Verizon. Balak ko kasi sanang ipursue yong networking field kasi nagustuhan ko yong troubleshooting e. Ano kaya pwedeng magandang next step sir? TIA
Ask lang sir, kung which is better take college or take cert? If cert which cert is the best starting point to obtain this low level network path as network engr. Thanks!
Hello sir. Billy nasa NOC po ba may pinakamalawak na exposure? Balak ko po kase mag CCNA na this month then start getting exposure sa actual world ang problema ko is i don’t what will be the best position for exposure meron na rin kase mga compny na nag hihire for the position of Network Engineer kahit fresh grad e di ko alam kung rekta network engineer na or mag help desk muna
Yap summer. That’s the ideal path to gain more exposure and experience. Pero of course, of you can be hired into a net engr position agad - go na! That’s a huge leap comparing to being a noc first. I just started as a noc and that gave me the best foundation kaya yun din ang ishine-share ko. :) Goodluck! 👊
@@techacademyph hindi po kqya mabigla ako? ni lecture lang po kase samin siya nung college kase pandemic through packet tracer never ako naka experience ng onhand 😔

Hi sir @Tech Academy .Thank you so much po for your info❤️ Pero tanong ko lang po.
Yes! Although mas dominant talaga ang guys in this field, marami na rin babae lalo na sa panahon ngayon. I’ve worked with net engr na mga babae sa team nmin at sa ibang team at magagaling at malulupit din sila. They are successful now
hi sir! question ko lang ... I'm a Helpdesk / tier 1 support for 5 years, I have experience with server webhost tech support for 6 years.. I want to move forward or upgrade my skill to network engr. I am planning to take CCNA cert .. ano po ma advice mo para ma achive ko higher level na meron nang exp sa tech troubleshooting for almost 10 years. salamat more power po!
Start learning the basics and fundamentals of managed network. If you can, take courses or training then take certification. Once you have that, malaking additional yun sa resume mo pra makalipat sa mas maayos at mas mataas na sahod :)
@@techacademyph salamat sa advise sir.. may ma recommend po ba kayo na certification for fundamental? My biggest goal is go to network security / Cyber security. Like CCNA before going to Network +? salamat po sana masagot
Mostly yes. And it would be an advantage. Pero having the knowledge of basic networking would be enough ksi mrami rin naman nakakapasok khit di pa certified. :)

Here in ph, college/degree is still the priority so much better if you can have that tapos samahan mo ng certifications and skills. Solid yan!

Galing na ako sa BPO. 8 years ako nag work don, ngayon tinatapos ko ung BSIT ko na course. Sana hindi ako ulit mapunta sa BPO. Haha
First off congrats Carlo! Marami kanpede pasukan khit ndi bpo! :)
Hello Sir. Worth it po ba if mag take pa po ng Net+ or direct to CCNA na po?
Pwdeng deretso na John Paul! Pero net+ is still a good starting point kung ndi pa ready mag ccna. :)
You should also make a video of how much (on average) each common network related positions make per month
Noted on this! Will include in our future videos. Salamat!

Yap!
May age limit po ba pra maging network engineer?
Wala Melvin. :)

Wala Dante. You can be ccna at any age :)
