why is the aero drops not the threshold?! it‘s still called the aeroad - even though it comes of more like an allrounder now…
Can I order the new aero with the aero drop I don't want to buy one more handle bar need 220 usd
nah they are using the bar as an upsell which is disappointing tbh bcz grail already has tilted bars by default

These things have to be a choice. I had to buy the narrower pro bar for my grail. 440mm is just humongous..
Would love to see what we can do when Canyon installed the Braking cable through the Handle without the bleeding process etc of reconnecting the cables….

You can already find the ''Canyon PACE T-Bar'' on our website and buy it separately in different dimensions. 👍🏽

The change is not necessarily super easy, but if you already have experience with the previous cockpit, it is not too much of a challenge. 😎
Are these drops backwards compatible with the previous aeroad?

@@CanyonServiceHub da hatte man kurz die Hoffnung! Kommt denn etwas variableres für das „alte“ Aeroad oder bin ich gezwungen auf einen anderen Hersteller umzusteigen?
Kann ich ab das Aeroad überhaupt eine klassische Vorbau-Lenker-Kombo hin bauen?
Die Möglichkeiten die ihr bis hierhin gebt sind leider sehr limitiert und auch sehr auf die Mitte der Gesellschaft ausgelegt.

Da wird voraussichtlich nichts kommen. Das Aeroad ist auch nicht für eine reine Triathlon Nutzung gedacht. Dafür gibt es das Speedmax. Auch das neue Aeroad ist nur eine Möglichkeit um es für Training eventuell zu nutzen. Generell kannst Du an jedem Bike eine Vorbau-Lenker Kombi nutzen.
@@CanyonServiceHub ich will mein aeroad auch weiterhin als reines Straßenrad fahren. Ich meine eher eine Cockpit-Lösung mit z.B einem 110er Vorbau und einer Breite von 380 und Flair. Quasi was ihr mit dem neuen Aeroad anbietet. Das gesamte Pace-System ist ausschließlich mit der neuen Gabel des neuen Aeroads nutzbar? Das verstehe ich so richtig?
