My game has the same AABB error! great video. honestly the hacky way you did it with starting the rain elsewhere then moving it is fine. It doesnt' feel good but games are full of stuff like that.
I'm making a game in an older version of Unity and wanted to move it to Unity 6. I was not sure about that decision because it could break the game, so I wanted to find a video showing how other developers are handling it. It looks like I don't need to be afraid.
I really love the new Global InputSystem! The "new" input system was a bit tricky to use despite being a big step forward, now Unity 6 has global InputActions and it's amazing. Also the URP out of the box looks brilliant in 3d. They've made some bold steps forward and I love it. Most of us won;t be earngin nearly enough in our games to have the new licencing kick in so thanks Unity, I'm back to being a fan again.
Ok, unity 6 i just tried it out, i downloaded probuilder and i can't flip normals. really difficult to even work with is, overall ill give it a 6, because of its organization.
@AppMaker728 Its a valid reason, but the runtime fees are only applicable once you've made over 1 million usd and have over 1 million total downloads... And its only around 2.5% of your monthly revenue.

Janky code that works is always welcome in my projects, but it's nice when it's not needed

I haven't had any issues with it, and with them reverting the fees, it seems like a pretty good time to move up.

Yeah the fees don't affect most people, I'm just glad it seems that Unity are going in the right direction.

they abandoned 2023 only, you can use 2022. am I wrong?
2023 became Unity 6 instead of moving to LTS, not sure what you mean but this bug is also in 2022, so it won't work for this specific use.

Godot is a great engine, it's all personal preference
