If this was street legal it would be interesting. I had a utv for years that I have to haul with a trailer everywhere. I grew up and sold it and bought a nice used Jeep that I could use anytime I wanted. I still have atvs for smaller trails. I think Polaris made something really cool here but after making payments on something I couldnt use daily this would be a hard sell for me.
It depends on where you are, My wife's family lives in rural Wisconsin and you can drive UTVS on roads and most hwys through towns. No you won't drive it through Madison but when we move out by her parents I could use this as my daily 99% of the time.
@stephenurban9880 I would plan on trailering it to where it needs to go. Never have I liked the idea of going offloading with a daily essentially, if I break something I can still have a vehicle that works.
@stephenurban9880 I see people trailer overland jeep rigs all over the place. Why put unwanted maintenance on a machine when you can drive it in the environment it shines in. Why drive on 40s on a interstat for days just to get to the trail system you want to check. If you have the means to trailer Why not. Anyway to each their own all that matters is that you get out there, I could care less what anyone does I was just saying what I prefer...you do you.
Players knocked it out of the park with those and watch the video with the three of them are for him this morning the way they have them set up like a little miniature outlander vehicles👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
They look great, but i owned a Sportsman 570 and was a good ride for one season. Second season started overheating, wife's Sportsman 570 lasted 1 season and engine blew. Regular oil changes, routine maintenance. They did not last long. Maybe down south they would, but i have doubts for the high Arctic. FyI i live 250 miles above the Arctic Circle.
I'm trying to think of somewhere within a two days drive that this would be legal to drive at? It's not street legal so all of the logging and fire roads are off limits. It's over 50 in wide so all the trails are off limits. I'm at a loss!
The line between a pickup truck, and UTV is blurred. The pricing of either of these top -of-the-line machines will set you back far enough, might as well get a small SUV, or pickup.
Polaris and the other utv makers should lobby for them to be street legal in Canada or else I’d just spend that kind of money to buy a pickup or a jeep for my needs on the farm
Great machine and products. But the pricing is rediculous on the units alone. You’re pricing a rec vehicle at the cost of actual registered on road vehicles. Your pricing is 34k-60k+ on these units. I mean who in your design and marketing and brand management teams are setting these prices? Seems like you don’t want all consumers to purchase your product. The Polaris brand is well over evaluating a lot of models in the brand. It’s really a shame. Most consumers really like your products but know they won’t purchase at those prices. I’m an amputee and like the idea of a total rec vehicle like this to get me back to riding along with my family and keep me out of the elements. But you look at the cost and for the average consumer, that’s unrealistic on this and alot of your product line. It would be nice to see Polaris come back down to earth and show real morals with in pricing their products and set the example to the industry and reset the market back to what is should be. We are seeing a lot of greed in this world and I hope that company’s would re-evaluate themselves and their business and how they price themselves to consumers.
1) no jeep stock jeep is as capable as a stock sxs is day 1. 2) you have to spend over 10 k just to get your suspension to the level the sxs is from day 1 3) you will have to spend more than 10k to get the same capability of the sxs has stock. 4) Jeeps are pavement queens now, not even a contender in real offroad capability until you put 60k in them after you by them.
@@wraith511802003 this isn’t a high speed sports SxS. What is it you can do with this that you cannot in a Rubicon? Mind you I have a Turbo R, had a utility SXS before that, and a Bronco so I’m well aware of the capabilities of these platforms, but you seem to know something I’m missing.
For this price you can get a street legal and road worthy wrangler or bronco that would out perform this in every aspect.
They don’t ride as good. You have to cover terrain!
You can tell this guy isn't a hunter when he says hunters go out to "catch something" lol
At the 2:52 mark you can see they still are using a two piece roof system You'd thought they'd learn about roof leaking ?

Hmm… So it’s basically the same thing as the Ranger Northstar? Just with a few accessories (that most people put on anyway for way cheaper)?
They need to make them street legal in all 50 states, and then they'd really have a game changer
They do some states you don’t need blinkers but in my state needs a blinker but only a rear view mirror then it’s road legal
Would love to get my hands on one of those, such a perfect build for overlanding. Bravo!
As long as you never have to drive it on a road.
@stephenurban9880 I would plan on trailering it to where it needs to go. Never have I liked the idea of going offloading with a daily essentially, if I break something I can still have a vehicle that works.
@@escapingthegrind7000 Trailering it to an off road area is hardly "overlanding".

In the 5 seat adv, can you fold down the rear seats so that the cargo area is flat?
Is the warranty only 6 months?
I just "caught"an elk last weekend with a simple willow fish trap🤣
Thot I was the only one to catch that. "dude"

Saw 4 of these yesterday on the Arizona Peace Trail south of Kingman.
No you didn't

Sure did they had Michigan Dealer plates on them.
@@billkoch9900 They're not even available yet are they?
Still could've been pre-production models testing or doing photo shoots.
Would have liked to have seen the interior.

Can tall people who don’t fit in a rzr drive th xpedition?
This thing is so freaking cool !!!
“When your out hunting and you catch something” 🤦🏼♂️
😂😂😂 city ppl trying to act country🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Pandering as good as hillary cuntin
He lost me at catching something
Sounds like my wife!!!!
Better tie it down really well if you catch it while hunting! I prefer to kill it so it is easier to transport. 😂
did they do anything to improve the clutches?
For 45k I could go buy a brand new Jeep lol
I would Love to take the XPEDITION out on the trails in CNY .
When do we get to see interior??
Still no mechanical parking brake unless your in the UK.
I'd love to test one out in AK, be willing to provide through reports
The adv looks like an upgraded version of the Honda element 😂
Awesome Video!
Random question. Who manufactures those cabinets in the shop?
I can make them. Do you want a quote?

There needs to be some more , dude and high fives , lol
Minus a fancy little bed topper what has this got that you can't already get on a used Ranger? Lol
Every Polaris fourwheeler or side by side I’ve ever used feels like absolute donkey doo quality.
Now all you need to do is push for national road access...
10 minutes and not a peek of the interior.
Thanks but no thanks. Polarse needs to make their machines more dependable, work in that 1st.
If they were road legal i could justify the cost. Cant spend that much on something i still gotta haul in a trailer somewhere to enjoy it
Catch something? 🤣
Cost??????
Polaris just flipped the Rec-ute side by side world upside down. They are expensive but impressive.
Guess the interior and seats are top secret?? Why didn't you show the interior?? Dude
Prices are way to high love the unit but way to much

You guys are crazy, i would just buy a jeep at this point.
Starting @ $29,000 and NOT street legal… heck no!, the trails wouldn’t see me…
Its to freaking loud. If it had the 1500 engine it would be perfect and I would buy it.
I feel like you lose some thing by being completely enclosed. This looks like you are in an SUV . It looks awesome but not for $45,000.
They will sell a ton. Not everyone is poor.
I guess there will always be fools and their money. Who buys something like this for $50k!
Ummmm. For the price just buy a few years old jeep.
Still not better than my brothers outfitted General....Go Jake.
Don’t want to get that pig stuck
ZACH JAKE
You lose 400lb payload compared to a regular Ranger XP.
take my money
