In New Zealand we have had CF MOTO quads for a few years, then this adventure style bike came in .. I've had a close up look at them .. but not ridden it... Because, not everyone is a hard-core rider but if you're gentle or new rider this bike is great 👍

Thanks for the video, I'm waiting for this motorcycle to come to Europe myself. Can you share some information how much exactly this bike weighs, ready to ride, wet? There are at least a few different information giving a weight from 230 kg to even 248 kg. I am interested specifically in the configuration you rode, without the three accessory metal trunks.

I'm 191 and found this bike a bit low given pegs are high, but then again most bikes are to me. However no issues getting an aftermarket seat will be easy. Bike is pretty decent though. It does seem a tad heavy for its power output
My biggest concern is that its a new bike for CF Moto. I think it will take a few years for CF to iron the gremlins. Also all the gadgetry, halo moto forum is pretty full in winter time with digital displays not working and sensors kaput.
6 Options here, Adventure or road orientated, cases & keyless . For us in China, its a bit of a no brainer given the price of other import adventure bikes. Price CNY57,680 - CNY68,660, but BMW F850GS is CNY141K - CNY162k, Suzuki V-Strom 650 CNY110k - CNY115k
Where did you test it? I am in Beijing too and both CF Moto stores wont let people try them out (despite using my Chinese gf 身份证 and credit card). Not willing to buy a bike without a test ride
I'm 164 and for me 82 cm at seat is ok. Hope to ride it soon
Hi mate. In New Zealand & just picked one up from dealer here in Tauranga last week. mid March 2022. Just hit the 800k mark & the bike is bloody amazing for the price. The features are unbelivable & they actually work great including the heated seat. Winter is on its way here so should be great. BUT on the bike I have, it has issues with the fuel mapping for the injection at lower rpms around 3000 and below so quite snatchy trying to ride through town at 50 kms but above 4000, she is a honey. goes like stink in sport mode. I am wondering if this is all because of Euro 5 & trying to make the bike as lean as. The cruise control works great, the lights are awesome. The display is cool. The connections between bike, phone & Sena can be a bit tricky. While playing music through the bike, I am unable to find a way to pause the music but all other functions work. As MJ Walkabout said, CFMoto just need to iron out a few bugs but she is a bloody amazing bike .

How is the shifter ? Smooth up and down ?
How is the windscreen protection ? Is it ajustable ?
The quick shifter goes up and down & it works well on higher revs. Wind protection is good and the windscreen is adjustable.

I was looking for Kawasaki Versys 1000SE, but then CFMOTO draw my attention.
Here, in Romania, it’s cost around EUR 11700 (the 800MT version)and for what you get for the price…it’s just unbeatable.

Regarding the lack of TC, personally I think that the bike has the system and all the electronics behind it, but it is not activated - can be solved with an update.
This info came from a CFMOTO mechanic🤷🏼♂️
@@andreitoca the African Twin is a different beast, taller faster more capable but heavier. I find the 800MT suits better for most ridding
Has KTM Duke engine. Should go like scolded cat and sound shit hot with aftermarket muffler.

I'm 191 and found the seat a bit low given pegs are high, but then again most bikes are to me. The tank shape is a bit awkward as your knees are pretty close to the sharper part. Its one of these things that on a test ride everything seems fine but an entire day out and its a different story. I think you will need a higher seat . Handle bar height is good
