Looking to get a 2nd hand VR setup for my PS4, thanks for this as I imagine this may be a common issue with used controllers

I love how you never sped up the process. Easy to follow tutorial 👌

I just did all that recently when i picked up a 2nd PS3 (after watching your PS3 jailbreak vid) which came with a Move, Navicon, Camera and the charging dock. Didn't have time to test so I sat them on the dock and it flashed away happily for days then I tested it and it didn't work. I wondered what was going on so I open them up and found the batteries were missing lol! Replacements locally are around $20 and the seller didn't know they were missing so I was able to get a $40 refund from the seller. Yes the batteries are different. The Navicon uses a battery named LIS1442. The Move uses a battery named LIS1441. I thought you woud have mentioned the numbers heh! Basically the Navicon one is AAA size (10440) and the Move one is AA size (14500). The batteries I got had the foam around them specifically for the PS3 controllers and fit nicely without rattling. FYI the PS4 Move batteries are different sizes (larger).

Great to hear you've got it all working now. Thanks for the info on the sizes.
