Make sure you've got an ethernet connection to the PS3. If you're copying to an external USB drive that might be the slow connection.

@BytesNBits Im sure. Ps3 is on same network of pc. External HD its connected to ps3. All its perfect but for to pass a game need one hour.

Are you using an ethernet connection to the PS3. Make sure you reset the PS3 network settings to make use of it.
