In Asian region, L'Oreal Paris has a factory located in Indonesia's Jababeka Industrial Complex in Bekasi/Karawang in the West Java province as the largest factory in Asia for Asian market, mainly the Elseve hair products are made in Indonesia. The tagline in my language means "Karena Anda Begitu Berharga" & "Karena Kita begitu berharga" and also in my country has a blog corner named Get The Look ID for L'Oreal Indonesia products.
I don't use any of their products anymore. The animal testing issue is huge for me. If they were cruelty free, I would. They could but I believe because of their greed they chose not to. Sad.
Another thing about L’Oréal most people (and the government) don’t know is they Evade taxes in America big time by having different branches of L’Oréal around the world which allows the company to move numbers around outside of America…. Oh yea and let me not forget to mention about there patent department….. my dad used to be the chief executive of L’Oréal USA patent department for over 10 years and the company would force my dad to direct his department to meet a quota of “ junk patents” every month and year just so they can keep a “patent pending” label on there products even tho most of there products are NOT Patentable… needless to say he informed them that he hired an employment lawyer to make sure the patent’s that they were being forced to file were legal and not jeopardize his law license and at that moment security was called to escort him out of the building…. That was his last day there… he is still heart broken to this day about it and are awaiting the trail in the Supreme Court for both these charges against the company on top of wrongful termination….

I have a strong believe that the less chemicals the better. I recall Talia Joy, the young girl & expert makeup artist who came on Ellen show, was an official "cover girl" & died from cancer, perhaps if she had gotten the sponsorship before her notoriety for having cancer, she might still be alive, can't say for sure "environment & food plays a part" & the products she was purchasing before, tho cheaper, may not be the cause. Most of all I'd want my daughter to know that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, & way beyond physical looks, which reminds me why I stop here to comment in the first place. These models Kinda reminds me of a girl I used to know, don't know her anymore, & she never wore make up to my knowledge. However I thought she was pretty, cute & immensely attractive in a very sensual & erotic way. I never told her, because other issues was more prevalent, my persecuted state, her secrecy or general aura that she is hiding something from me & not who she say she is. No matter how sexy u are if I can't trust u enough to open up, I can't do nothing much, the pervading feeling of lack of privacy & staged visits, made even the few meet & greet hugs we shared feel kinda strange. Loved her laugh tho & smile her attitude, ambition & work ethic, & like Bettencourt I would've gift her lots of L'Oréal stuff if she was still around & we were still friends. I liked everything about her, wondered if my friend who introduced us was, "u know" with her" but never asked as I was already in a relationship & was just entertaining "what if I wasn't" thoughts. Some ppl take out literal, " replacing" what GOD had in mind, two separate ppl working together for one goal, not hatchlings having daddy for dinner. In any case peace out, love is love right ? just make sure love is clearly defined first, I find my definition in the Bible, that may mean incompatibility with some so vehemently or only fundamentally oppose those views. I'll never force my belief on one, religion is man made, I am not neither is my faith or the church Jesus Built, I just will try to live by example & let the light draw ppl in. " Faith cometh by hearing & hearing by the word" in this age & these times, preaching is less effective "And the word became flesh", but guess what, it doesn't matter. That means I'll spend less time playing Gran Torino & walk with lamb of God, knowing the Setups in the street abound, The devil keep on trying, but "woe unto he who calls good evil & evil good" keep trying no hysteria here, only trust in God as was before. About to make a Trayvon Run to the store, would go later with my eyes closed if the store stayed open late. Not bragging saying I'm untouchable, just saying I am confident that my Spirit Goes up, when my body go down. Y "If my people who are called my name will "Humble" themselves & swell my face & turn from their wicked ways, then I will here from heaven & heal their land". Been doin so, man may not forgive, but God does.
