I wear Uk 9 or 9.5 (US 10) and have always found that Adidas come up small so I always need a UK 9.5 or even sometimes a 10. Adidas always seem tight and narrow...
Hi man. I just got the superstars and I'm sure it's my size but when I walk my toes keep shifting into the toe box and they start hurting. Theyre also tight on my feet but I'm more concerned about the toe box problem. Could you shed some light on whether this is normal with brand new superstars? Is there anything I can do to stop this? Like tightening the laces or breaking into them? I tried half a size up but it created heel slippage it's too long. How do the shoes feel after breaking into them? Thanks
do you mean your toes keep sliding back and forth in the toe box? maybe try tightening the shoe laces :) otherwise, they break in a little but not much since the leather is not that flexible. It sounds like they are your size since the nexts ones up are causing slippage. I reckon wear these out a bit and see how you go! let me know :)
i believe length wise the stan smiths and the superstars are very similar. The main difference i found was that the superstars had more room, which is due to the shelltoe and rounder upper , whereas the stan smiths upper is relatively flatter :)
Very cool video nothing like a broken in pair of fresh shoes. I’m an 8.5 in continental 80 which seems to be wider than the Stan smith. I tried an 8.5 Stan smith and it felt kinda narrow. Size 9 Stan smith is more comfortable but just feels a little big even though it’s hardly noticeable. I like my shoes snug since it decreases the chances of creasing. At the same time I plan to run and do push-ups in these. Do you think getting them snug would damage them more than if they’re a little roomier if I’m doing push-ups?
I went with the smaller size stan smith as i prefer to have a snug fit rather than the shoe being too long and slipping as a walk :) If you are using it for exercise, running, push-ups, etc. I would recommend getting the snug fit. If they are roomier, theres more chance your foot will move around and is less stable during activities. I think they will wear about the same regardless of which size you get :)
Will depend on which adidas shoes u are comparing to. I usually wear US9 in Nike but US8/8.5 for Adidas cos they run big. But for Yeezy 350 v2 US9/9.5 as they run tight. I think you should be good with your usuay adidas size :)

Both Smith and Superstar should have similar sizing. Adidas leather shoes generally run large compared to Nike shoes which is narrower at the toe box but length wise, they are true to size. I wear size US7 for adidas while I wear size US8 for Nike usually because of the narrow toe box.
chucks tend to run quite large and so do the superstars (but not as much). I reckon, 9.5 or 10 (if your feet are a bit on the wide side) in superstars should fit you well. But best to try in store :)

On contrary I always find adidas shoes sizing run large compared to Nike shoes which are narrower in general.

Nice sneackers man...are the stans smith fit larger in lenght than superstar when you wear them in size 8, and shelltoes in 9...

8.5 for the stan smiths should fit you well, if not a little bit loose :) otherwise if u have narrow feet you might get away with a size 8

I haven't tried janoskis, but im a US9 for most nike shoes and I size to US8.5 for adidas shoes :) hope that helps!

So I’m an 8.5 in women’s so buy an 8 for superstars
im not too sure for womens but the mens superstars i find run slightly large. If its the same for womens, then i think go with the 8 :)
