Extra Tips:
1. The new 4 person premium WIFI is - ($75) $18.75/per person per day vs. the standard rate of $21.25 per person per day. Only available on the Carnival Celebration ship.
2. Make sure you have clear luggage tag holders for your printed luggage documents to avoid them ripping off.
3. Consider a lanyard to keep your Sign & Sail card secure at all times, especially children.
4. Laundry Services: $3.25 to wash & $2/ea. for detergent & fabric softener.
5. ATM's are located on the casino deck, and the fee is $6.50 per transaction.
6. Anyone 17 and under must have adult supervision after 1 a.m.
7. Use a bungee cord to tie down your 12-pack cans to your luggage.
8. Some specialty restaurants offer free lunch.
9. Arrive the day ahead of the cruise to avoid same day disasters.
10. Elevators will be jam packed on day 1. Prepare to take the steps or wait!

More tips. Always get insurance. Cruiselines insurance almost always costs more and provides much less. Get your travel agent to give you an insurance quote.
Never book directly with the cruiselines. Always use a travel agent. You will never pay more with an agent. You will often pay less, get extra perks, etc. Any issues? Your agent will spend time on hold with the cruiseline! You won’t! You can choose to let the cruiseline pay your travel agent who will give you personal attention, or you can choose just to give that same money to the cruiseline which will not give you the same level of personal attention. Do make sure your agent has experience with cruises.
With my Royal Caribbean cruise we checked in 6 weeks in advance. When you book you should be told when checkin is.

@@JaniceCrowell Royal and Carnival function differently. Royal lets you check in about 45 days prior where as Carnival is 14 days prior.

@@rosecouch7343 what part? Nassau, Freeport etc,? I’ve been to Nassau several times and love it. One of my favorite food vendors is there.
The ship does not exactly try to find you. They will leave your passports with the port and they will report you missing. They will not wait. Even if you are on the pier they don’t always open the doors once closed. It’s a ship, not a boat. You seem really nice. I hope your channel grows.
Every situation is different. I’ve seen them send security off the boat to look in the port near the boat. I’ve also seen some get left. Regardless people should make sure they pay attention to the ship time and not island time. And thank you for the kind words. 🙏🏾
I'm confused on what the deposit is for?
The deposit is what you pay to hold a spot on the cruise ship. What I was saying is depending on your VIFP level, that deposit can vary. Some deposits are as low as $50/pp and some are as high as $100/$200/pp depending on the amount of days sailing etc. all rooms are based on double occupancy though. I hope this cleared it up. If not ask me directly what you meant. 🙏🏾

@@christinaoshaughnessy1974 that’s sweet. I’ll be doing that in August but it will hit Cabo instead. And the internet to me works fine. Just purchase the package that best suits what you want to do. And if it’s not working great. Go to guest services and they can remove it.
