As a wind player I always teach 3-dimensionally because it's great to think in the round. Visualising is important for artists as well as for performing Hatha yoga breathing exercises. On the other hand, smoking isn't a good idea, apparently. Strange that, eh? The internal combustion engine also contributes to lung content. Clever sapiens, eh?
