I also think smooth tracking is HUGE for cs because sitting still on an angle is so disadvantaged being able to move around and clear things with a stable base to micro from is mega important helped my game a ton
He does a decent ammount of them honestly and if you go to his channel he has them all in one playlist it’s very helpful to study and apply rather than just watching the videos, just a tip to get the most out of his vids
Would love to see more like this. Especially since I feel like the CS community are opening up more and more to the idea of external aim trainers due to Styko and EliGE
Love the video. Also love the mention of eth's scenarios which I've personally enjoyed for a while now. Would be cool to see some of your own tac fps highlights especially if it's piquing your interest at the moment.
Thank you for this amazing and inspirational video dearest MattyOW. Thank you for unlocking the secrets to aim training and having sigma calm aim!!!!!!!!!!
You got some great insights on these kind of stuff, should 100% put more focus to tacfps in your future videos, a tons of people need it. Also, would be nice if you feature and tackle more in-game trainers of these games like aimbotz map for cs or the warm up arena in val
Thanks for the vid Matty. Would you recommend the new Benchmark Focused Routine for linear clicking to practice this, or do you have another routine for this?
that is very interesting, I would like to see more of this breakdown videos, maybe hero shooter next ? sometimes I get lost on how to improve with projectile heros that will require a lot of movement aim.
applying this concept to my aim with a few scenarios instantly helped even just in scenario score. was able to push more leap 180 reload small to 55 instantly. ty again for the great content
in cs or valorant target is small and evasive but in kovaaks or aimlabs when i want to practice similar type of tracking i only find ether scenarios where target is small but smooth or evasive but giant
Hey, Matty! Great video as always! Would you like to break down aiming in overwatch? For example, I'm good at cassidy and ashe but struggle with widow. I really look forward to your thoughts on overwatch aiming.
Hey Matty great video as always. I have a question whether or not I should aim train on true on stretched. I’m playing valorant on stretched and was wondering if aim training on native might make the translation of skills that much harder?
Will you make a same guide for snipers in games like overwatch or marvel rivals? I am not getting the consistency compared to other shooters scenarios. Hope this comment find you.
Hi matty! Greate video would love some more breakedowns of donk!! Also something important you didnt mention and something i see left out of almost every tac fps playlist are stable tracking scenarios. While moving (check donk he never stands still) as of now 90% of aim in cs2 is being able to track the optimal crosshair placement spot always, so i really feel like tracking or "smoothness" is more important than clicking scenarios. What do you think?
im sure hes proud of his son!!! and your mother anyx also. what a beautiful family... your brother yorichi is also a sweet kid!!! the family will be reunited the day amaro is defrosted
tacfps games suck !!! I get peek by gecko with his flying monkey flash that does a backflip over me and then I get exploded by pipe bomb ability. This why ime stick to real game l like kovaak and aimlab
Do something similar for Marvel Rivals, channel's gonna get some clicks but more importantly, those who need some guidance/advice (like me) will have a trustworthy source to hear from
Seriously everyone talks about everything and u say the crosshair placement is crucial but even after iam so focused on that I still miss shots and idk why but after edge tracking the wall before engaging the fight and standing with counterstrafe after spotting the enemy and then only shooting makes playing valorant easy even the clips that u showed which has various game clip i feel like it still works example take that sige clip he edge tracked and search for enemy then shoot on him easy no one talk about this
Appreciate the content but aim in CS2 is much more than clicking heads. a lot of the time you are strafing and putting crosshair on common spot instead of standing still and waiting to tap some heads. spraying instead of tapping. with your approach it may makes a good pistol player or awper. it may be counter-intuitive but tracking is much more valuable in CS2.
aim training is fully useless for cs. in val it's fine because the ground movement is so ridiculously slow and basic. but in cs you should never even open an aim trainer.
Numerous empirical cases can speak to the contrary, providing both statistical and anecdotal evidence of improvement to in-game mechanics in CS. Also, these are not random individuals grinding ladder, but rather well-respected professional players like EliGE and Styko. But I mean... whatever you want to believe, I guess.
@@mattyow777 elige has not mechanically improved from playing aim trainers, nobody in cs has. theres no aiming situation in cs that is relevant to any aim scenario because you do not just stand still in cs. you are wasting people's time with this video convincing them to do useless stuff when the only training they need is to play the game. the best aimers in cs are mechanically miles beyond you or any other kovaaks player and they don't even play dm. again, you are literally hurting prospective cs players with this video.
@ There is much subjective air from this. I feel like you simply dislike aim trainers yourself and are perpetuating whatever line of thinking that paints aim training as useless. There are many players like you who do this, again, even though there are mountains of empirical evidence showing progression made within aim trainers. I cannot stress enough how much you have become the minority in these discussions (and on this channel). If you actually looked, you visually see the difference being made in consistency and small micro improvements, which DO matter. These can also be mental/approach-related benefits like not over-adjusting when an opponent peeks out at you in CS. This is an issue that I encountered with a pro like EliGE, and we worked to fix it with aim training. The testing we did verified that the training WORKED. Also, I feel like it is even more within the anti-aim training perspective to say that I or other Kovaak's players who don't regularly play these games are models that deny the benefits of aim trainers. It is really ignorant and poor logic. If any of you who share this argument truly wanted to disprove the effectiveness of aim training, you would do better than mudslinging and actually take a look at what is being changed or talked about within the aiming world. If you have nothing but inflammatory remarks and personal opinions to interject on the matter of aim training, no one will listen to you, and that's how it's become.
matty upgraded his mic les go
Pretty sure it’s the same one
Korean Subtitles have added!

1000x this!
tracking helps incredibly, makes your long range duels way more calm and you don't feel the need to flick as much. It's amazing for cs in my opinion.
Ohh yess. Let’s go. This is sick, I love the combination of aim training specific techniques with reasons in game for that practice type.
would love to see move vid like this aimed towards using aim trainer effectively
He does a decent ammount of them honestly and if you go to his channel he has them all in one playlist it’s very helpful to study and apply rather than just watching the videos, just a tip to get the most out of his vids
leading shot is actually so genius it made me almost go up 2 divisions in one scenario on the first attempt i tried it

Thats true but in Kovaaks u can change the scenario paramters using the freeplay manager.
thats the downside of a free app
Hey, Matty! Great video as always! Would you like to break down aiming in overwatch? For example, I'm good at cassidy and ashe but struggle with widow. I really look forward to your thoughts on overwatch aiming.
ohhh yeah, this is that good stuff
What about quicker games like ow and quake?
Do one for games like OW2/Marvel Rivals, or is it similar?
Would love to see a faster moving floating heads timing 400% fixed to more accurately reflect the movement speeds in cs and valo
The goat🐐

Tacfps don't suck, Valorant sucks lol. None of that stupid shit happens in CS
@ true csgo was good game, cs2 not bad but not as good. but I was joking haha
Skill issue bro
LMAOOOO

8:02 THATS ME
mattyy
prefire arenas and mastering strafe shooting is really all you need to learn in cs/val to get to the top 1%
The first thing to learn is actually to not move while shooting
Doesn't cover all the bases. In R6, for example, you can be strafing while shooting accurately.
@@mattyow777 I don't think it makes sense to group R6 with CS and VAL. Because the gunplay mechanics are too different.
Thx
crazy
6:09 how do i fix trailing micro corrections, its such a huge issue i have
what's this guys obsession with tate mcrae? xD
Bro she’s bad and the music is fire
MattyVAL
The first thing they should learn is not to shoot while moving. All the crosshair placement in the world ain't gonna help a run and gun.
Except Siege breaks this "rule" lmao
