- Today we break down the visual effects from the music video "The Answer". From 3D tracking to adding snow fx and fire embers and cracks to walls. This and a ton of other techniques will be shown right ini After Effects so that you can take these ideas and use them for your own vfx in your music video or short film.

Brother can you help me to have perfect keying on premiere pro especially for using transparent video with black, blue or green screen background but alpha channel having some motion trails which is very very hard to key properly and include it on footage. In after effects there might be tool but it is very difficult on Premiere Pro. Making transparent video with black screen can help with white objects alpha but while selecting screen blending mode it is not that good as even alpha channel starts being transparent. So, blue or green screen does work better but for motion blur or trails it becomes so painful. Like on footage where particles explodes and have some motion trails.
With the update to roto 2 wouldnt it be a lot easier?

actually i find after effects 3d tracker is trash compared to boujou and pftrack
the only pros is, its in after effects...
There are definitely more options if you are willing to bounce out of after effects but if it works it works. In a fast turnaround and with this many shots it was a good compromise. Otherwise I agree the more accurate the track the better 👍
@@Kriscoart i agree, with the slow moving shots u have there , it wouldnt be so difficult, but in a fast shot, AE would be confused im sure
