I use roucou for colour..but lovely finished product. Always great to see different ways of cooking.👌👌
This is similar to what Guyanese call metemgee. For metemgee coconut milk and dumplings are a must. Either way both recipies are delicious!
This is Grenada oildown. I prefer the Trini version, coconut milk is a must
I surely enjoyed that oil down save some for me I’m coming to trini next week 👍🏾
Y'all cute! Food looks soooo good!
Well done!! Mrs Creamy is A lovely lady!!! p.s. I could have done with some Calallo on the side! 😅

D interpretation had me cracking up 😂
Mr Creamy ooh send some gimme please 😋.
This is definately different from the recipes that I know in Jamaica.
Lovely your mom thought you well🙏👍
We all have our version of how things are made.. There is no original or authentic version of food. It's just as long as it tastes and looks good.
How long you cook it for?
Saffron or turmeric of course there is no oil down without dasheen bush leaves
Oh gawd plz..send me some..😢
He tried ,the methodology was better than the rest, however ,the " authentic" Grenada oildown is not made in that way , butter is not placed in oildown and breadfruit is not placed on the top like that
😉😉
Where is the dumplings?
you get that thang oiled down?
Please don't peel the breadfruit to deep am far away I wish I can get some now .yes you doing it Grenada an cariacou way
😂q
HMM i rather perfection than tridition & each piece of the perfect oildown is breadfruit is coated this is a bit too big & dry for me
I think curry defeats the purpose, maybe some roucou can add some color to it.😊
Boy move that's not how u make oil down stick to allu doubles .. oil down is from 🇬🇩 🇬🇩 🇬🇩 🇬🇩 🇬🇩 🇬🇩
Oh gosh don't be so harsh. He did a disclaimer in the beginning and besides his mom is Grenadian
