I gotta admit as a kid visiting Mexico I hated going to the rancho to spend time with family. Now as an adult, I wish I had the chance to do it again 😅

Tomato bullion?! I'm looking that up because that's a neat idea. And thank you for including subtitles. YT does a horrible job at recognising other languages and I have hard of hearing ppl in my fam

1:51 Wow 🤩 beautiful nopales I remember when I visited my aunt she had a few cactus plants along the fence and I started eating the small ones just raw with a little sprinkle of salt so delicious then I found out that they were so healthy for diabetes as a remedy for people with high glucose and poor circulation and digestion so I ate them like there’s no tomorrow lol😜😉then I learned to eat them roasted a little bit and sliced with guacamole 🥑 on a tostada so yummy and healthy specially in hot summer days with a good pitch of fresh squeezed lime juice omg I’m here all baboso 👀😳😜🤣😂jijiji I mean my mouth is watering just thinking about the delicious smells of the carne asada I know señor Nelson is preparing his carnivorous teeth to attack a full plate of carne asada 🍖 yummy 😋

Authentic Mexican Bbq looks delicious 😋🤤. I also like salsas that fire roast the vegetables and peppers. It gives the salsa a sweet, smokey, spicy flavor. 🌶️🔥👍🏼

Yum. Lots of times, when eating outdoors, everything tastes great. Love those tomatillos and the tomato. If those tortillas were masa homemade, I'd be finding a way to have them while standing up by the river.

Those are some FRESH nopales! I've never had a real one, but one of the best hot sauces I've ever had is made from nopales and jalapeno. It has an almost cuccumber-like coolness. If the fresh paddles are even a little bit as good as that sauce, they must be amazing.
