I have a c3 overheated, later type with plastic coolant flange, thermostat with a two wire plug and no lower blue sensor on the head. I have Replaced the head gasket, radiator (burst), thermostat (collapsed), flange with sensor (was cracked and leaking) and the fan speed resistor on the fan shroud (we had one in stock) There is no pressure in the system anymore and the car seems to drive fine, but i do not seem to be getting any fans running. Trying to run the fans from a launch diagnostic machine fails but If i bridge the wires at the fan speed controller the fan will run. Normal fuse and maxi fuses seem fine. There was initially a fan circuit warning fault and a fuel mixture fault stored but they have cleared and not returned. Any ideas
Hi, May I know what is this yellow device you have attached to the wire. What is the purpose of it? I am not much good with electrics but trying to find our device which can help finding broken wire in car engine bay. There are so many and looks like an impossible thing because don't know which one goes where.
Any guidance on how to replace the blue sensor down the right side of the engine, kind of underneath the blue sensor that you are talking about? Also... What is this blue sensor called? I'm getting a false overheating warning in the dashboard and the fan runs already took it to a garage who confirmed it is not overheating / could not reproduce the problem
Hi, I have a Citroen C3 2005 Petrol, recently the ignition coil was replaced, few days later while driving the betray dash board sign popped on, I continued drive home about couple of miles, now its not starting at all but starter motor sounding Kindly advise me please
Hi m8 I am having problems with my c3 code Po444 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Open. I have been told to change 02sensor. Knock sensor. purge valve. Cat. Still hasn’t fix it pls help
Elite Automotive Diagnostics sounds great! One more question, if you are on a tight budget, is it possible to just have the ground wire as the permanent?
@@mikesabin8568 Yes it would certainly appear this way. we have carried out three drive cycles from cold with no re-occuring trouble codes or customers symptoms
@@eliteautomotivediagnostics4424 If a temporary fix works, it no doubt will become a permanent fix lol.... Nice to see parts weren't thrown at the car :-)

Hello sensor maf?
Great video! So are you replacing the computer or just grounding the wire all the time?
The official repair was advised as a replacement engine computer however for a temporary repair we added a ground into this circuit
