Probably you want to try “Hikaru no Go”. The best Chinese TV drama I have ever watched. In my personal opinion, it is much better than this one. It is on UA-cam too

@@micha4709 That is the problem because I can't even finish watching the first episode.of the rebel Princess. Now I am here because someone told me if I started from Episode 8, I may change my mind. After watched 20 mins of the episode 8, I think I am done with it. But for Hikaru no Go, after watched the first episode, I couldn't wait for the second, the third.....In the matter of fact, I finished 36 episode in 3 days. For me, Hikaru no go is as good as the queen's gambit.
@@rushhour9033 Yeah I can imagine, I think we all have some dramas which we go for from first minute and sometimes we need more episodes and sometimes even after many episodes we still can't get in...It is all individual, for me Hikaru and this one was the same...but also different...Hikaru I also watched in one go...than had to become VIP for iQapp so I can continue watching. For this I have different feelings, because it is different in style and music and everything, but I also love it very much, watching it raw, and when subs are there also again with sub...Maybe it is also the age thing. Like Hikaru has mainly young ppl and here the whole drama has only actors over 30 and also the topic is more politacian and dark. PS I would not skip from 1 to 8, try the first 4-8 episodes and than decide. For dramas above 50episodes I usually give min 8ep, sometimes 20ep, because often the heroin is more adult and new things happen there.

I am getting hooked on this drama now. Although, at first it was hard to relate the younger version of the leading lady to her character BUT the story line and the acting of all cast are amazing. I love the acting of these leading actors!!

Actually, I wouldn’t say its the second prince’s win. I’d say its Xiao Qi’s win, since the second prince didn’t want the marriage between XQ and Wang Xuan (Awu) to happen. Whereas XQ married Awu without showing support to her father or even other factions by leaving without informing him, which was the whole point of the marriage.

特別喜歡第八集，導演拍得又美又有戲味。把軍甲穿在新郎服裡面的大王與王氏女成親，彼此無可奈可，裡面充滿內心戲。兩位也表現得到位。
豫章王妃的樣子來了，不再是小女生演繹。大王也很有氣場。丞相為那烈祖烈宗和一己私慾做奸人，開始逐步看着疼愛又欣賞的女兒疏離自己也令人心酸，幸好這一步卻為女兒尋得一個好夫婿。
