I’m on day 3 of very little sleep. I get these awful episodes where I’m sleeping maybe 3 hours max each night. I’m hoping this video will break the spell. I’m exhausted.
I don't have problem with falling asleep on time and having a good sleep at home daily, but I get reallu tight sleeps in session😂i wish i was like this at home too. I used to have insomnia as well but i guess i'm back to my very good sleep schedule

The feet have full acupunctures points as well ,if used properly it can also help with twitching legs for up to three days when used with a essential oil moisturiser .
