I've enjoyed watching your videos. Just bought an old Kranzle profi-jet 130 as a bit of a restoration project. I was looking at the old part's numbers diagram for it. Am i right in thinking on the old Profi-jet parts diagram, they used to use the hard seals on both primary and secondary water piston seals, and not the soft seals on the secondary? Got to get it all stripped down and find out what it needs, apparently its not making much pressure. Keep my fingers crossed the pistons are OK 🤞
Hi, I bought me the other day this cheap foam sprayer from Amazon for 20 € from the brand stonebanks for my Kränzle 1152 Tst. When I operate the lance with the foam sprayer, then makes the Kranzle a very strange metallic noise from the engine or the pump. Without the foam sprayer, however, it does not do that. I also do not want to spend 80 € for the original foam sprayer. Does the Pf 22 work with the Kränzle 1152 tst and fits the nozzle also that he carries no damage?
I have this snow foam Lance, with newer base, and mine has stopped producing the consistency of the foam that it once did, it’s no longer thick or grabs onto the car. I’ve done everything on here you suggest and still the results are the same. The Lance is still within warranty. It gets used everyday as I am a detailer. Any ideas ?the foam I use hasn’t changed. It’s all very odd. Literally happened overnight.
@@KranzlePressureWashers I see 1 mistake when you put the o ring at the white plastic and filter is not correct in the video. that o ring must be between that white plastic and where it goes in, so put the o ring over the white pipe and then push it into the body and then pull the mouthpiece with filter over it and secure it
hello i want ask something about my portable carwasher,i found it out that the water is leaking in the pump chamber so i change the water seal ,unfornately the issue still there,i hope you can help me

What pressure does your machine read when you put the foam lance on it?

Leaking usually means a oring split or the mesh filter totally block strip clean and replace parts that need to be replaced

The nozzle (orifice) should not have an O-ring or Teflon tape.
