STEAM SPECIAL 45407 B5 Super show on the Northern Belle 16/11/24

A wonderfull day for steam enthusiasts today with LMS 45407 'The Lancashire Fusilier' in charge of the last Northern Belle . the tour started the day at Telford central transversing the west coast main line to carlisle and returning via the Settle to Carlisle line, filmed at Shap wells and Smardale fell and curve, best steam video of 2024 ???? Great captures Steve, the 5 looked brilliant! I saw it later at Crewe, 5 minutes before Bahamas came in too. Looked good with the 2 x57s in matching livery, and inside the coaches ..... WOW!

A nice video Stephen i was gutted yesterday because I went to garsdale it rained so i went straight to Hellifield and road was closed so I went back to garsdale and missed it by 2 minutes 😢😢 I then went to Bentham to see it and no whistle from Mick Kelly. Bye for now Philip

What a shame Philip that you missed the steam, where was the road closed, the road at Seburgh was aslo shut i had to come back down the motorway, i thought i heard the loco hoot at Bentham, thanks Steve .
