This looks very delicious! The video shows 1/2 cup butter but the printed recipe says 1/2 butter, it left out the measurement. Until I watched the video I did not know if it was 1/2 stick of butter or 1/2 cup of butter. I love your videos!
I need to find an alternative recipe for regular pie crust for a pumpkin pie. Will this bake in the oven ok for the length of time it takes to bake a pumpkin pie? I plan on covering the edges with foil.
@@evies1050 Hi Evie I corrected my error, thank you! 1/2 cup melted butter. I would think that this would work when baking you pumpkin pie. Here is a crust recipe for your pie: Crust 1 1/2 cups almond flour 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup butter melted 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. ( If the crust makes a bubble on bottom, just poke with a fork to release the air, it will flatten) Set on rack to cool . Then add you filling and bake your pie! You might have to place tin foil around the edge of the crust if you find it getting to dark. I hope this helps:)
Omgoodness! I can't wait for the next video for the key lime filling! Thank you, Gayle!

You said it didn’t have to be baked but could you bake it if needed?
Yes, 325 F, 8 minutes. It works both ways. Happy New Year Dianne😊
