Being in a general population facing job like customer or public service you never cease to meet people who you have to wonder how they are able to function in their daily lives at all.
@@Zzzquil_Lord_v2 Painfully true. I worked in a public utility for three years and it helped me learn to just avoid jobs where you talk to people. Now I work in a job where my phone rings like once a year. I don't even know what my ring tone sounds like.

He goes out of his way to better himself if he finds himself lacking. He doesn't compromise on his values and morals even if it's for a friend. He knows how to separate work and personal life. I had a platoon sergeant like that in the army. Not in the same super uppity happiness of Chris but everything else was spot on. I hate to say that but I find Chris so relatable, that intellectualized existential crisis of anxiety is exhausting both for everyone. Me as well. I'm constantly on edges, searching for answers.

I’ve found out that Chris’ face on the thumbnail makes me laugh uncontrollably for like 30 mins OnG tho why did it take Chris like 5 mins to stare into the cameraman’s soul like that?! Lmao IK it wasn’t 5 mins (5 secs, rather) but it deadass felt that long
I think its the anxiety he overly thinks everything so he thinks he has to make things right or he'll go in a downward spiral because he cares too much about what other people think about him but yes he is still weird
Its like when he tries to do the father/son relationship with Tom. Clunky and awkward. Compare it to the one between Ron and Andy, which just came about naturally...
Well, he wants the best for everyone, if something helps/pleases him, he tries to share it (a bit too hard maybe), but there is no malice. Also he admits his mistakes and doesn't try to force his point of view if he's proven to be wrong.
Chris is a people pleaser with tremendous anxiety, his intention is not to "force his ideals" onto people, he just tells people what he thinks is best for them but his anxiety can affect his words and actions to the point where it comes out in a different way than he wants
@Comedy bites please listen 🙏🙏🙏 I have realized that Roza's and Amy's Parents are actually the same type of people.... 1) Both fathers sport a ponytail and have interest much similar to their daughters.... Roza's Father liking Bikes and leather jackets, Amy's Father liking crosswords and binders..... Their behavior is also the same.... 2) Their Mothers also try to show the world that their family is respectable (in their own ways) 3) Both of the Parents were not in approval of their daughter's Partner - Jake for the Santiagos and Roza's Bisexuality for the Diaz family... 4)And in the end they both come to terms with their daughter's life , again the fathers being first.... NOW THIS IS THE ACTUAL LAZY WRITING .....
How is that lazy writing? It's literally real life symbolism. It's taking actual real life experiences and putting it into a script. It's something that actually happens all the time in many Hispanic families. I know because of a friend, whom I considered my sister, was a like her father and was gay but her mother kept insisting that she should choose a good man and settle down with him. Her mother didn't want people to know her daughter wasn't like her and wanted everything to be perfect and presentable to others but she eventually came to terms with things when her and her wife had a baby together.
I hate chris. Pushy, condescending, boundary violating, and pompous. "He means well" people will say. I don't care. If he wasn't able to admit fault, I'd chalk him up as a narcissist.
3:55 I still love that Ron Swanson has completely mastered the art of meditation immediately.
He meditated by not meditating... Life is fantastic
Meditation was invented as a way of mimicking Ron Swanson; Ron didn’t need to master anything, he just is.
He does it everyday

Most unrealistic bit about the Doughnut clip is that Ron was willing to share food

Exactly that was my fave part (just prior when he takes the burger) it was like a boxer facing his opponent the look in his eyes and the tension

The acceptance that the hamburger is better and admits it, great guy moment there.
