    90 gr Valrhona Caraïbes Chocolate
    90 gr Unsalted butter room temperature
    150gr sugar
    3 organic eggs
    45gr flour
    Fresh raspberries
    Melt chocolate & butter in a Bain Marie
    Don’t over heat it
    Whisk egg & sugar together until white foam
    Add butter/chocolate mix
    Add sifted flour
    Whisk for 10min at high speed
    Empty into a lined tin
    Bake @160 for 12-15min ( tip of knife should come out wet)
    Cool down
    Dust icing sugar and add fresh raspberries
    This is sooo good!!!!
