    My gosh you’ve done it again. Something that looks SO hard and a stitch I’ve never even thought about trying, and you are such a good teacher and make everything so doable!! Thanks so much Stephanie! 💜

    I so enjoy learning from you Stephanie. I have watched other channels and keep coming back to yours. You really are such an excellent teacher. I appreciate when you thoughtfully slow down at critical points to help us make sure to do the stitching right! Your designs are so beautiful. I have made many a friend happy to receive a gift of Bronzepony designed jewelry. I always give credit where credit is due and that is you!

    I’m so hooked on your videos. You are a great teacher I fell in love with beads many years ago and I’m self taught. I learned doing the Russian netting patterns. I can’t read a word of it but I loved the necklaces. I never tried anything different and life got busy and I stopped beading, but I’ve pulled all beads out again after watching one of your videos and I’m learning the way I should have in the beginning thanks you and UA-cam which didn’t exist back when I started. Thank you! 🦋

      Thank you Wendy! I think its great that you can follow a pattern without understanding the words 😆😀 Some of my viewers that don't speak English turn off the sound and watch my hands LOL I'm amazed they can do that as well.

    Just completed a spiral necklace using your technique here. Loved it. I've just spent about half an hour looking on my you tube spiral of music videos, kdramas, random documentaries. To get me to this video. The irony is I was just in your page and I know to search for a stitch, and you have just explained what to do at the beginning of this video 🤷‍♀️ I am such a numpty ... p.s numpty means idiot in English 😂

    I can’t believe how simple the pattern is and yet it looks so intricate! Amazing! Thank you for sharing and thank you for your tips and tricks for playing around with different sizes/types of beads! I get both the bead bag and box from Dollar Bead Box so I have a ton of 3mm firepolish beads! This is the perfect way to use them! Thank you!! 💜

    I'm ambidextrous - I write with my left but actually bead with my right most times. I have always put my beads off to the right - but as long as you do it one way or the other consistently throughout you project, it works!!

    My all time favorite spiral rope pattern. You can use all kinds of beads for the spiral. Miyuki drops, or bugle beads, or the little Miyuki cubes really look cool on the spiral. Thanks for sharing!

    I have been looking around for other jewelry only because I'm waiting on my 3mm bicones so I can make one your bracelets You explain things so much more clearer then others I'm not trying to be mean but after about 5 seconds of listening and making I'm totally lost and I come back to you on the basically the same piece and I'm back to earth so thank you for being there for us, remember no need to reply just saying

    Thanks for the tutorial! I tried this stitch many times and I allways made my base part shorter than the spiral part and the result looked wierd and I didn!t like it. But I thought that's because of bad cord, bad beads etc. After watching your video I gave it one chance more, made the base part longer and now my spiral looks great. So thank you very much!!!

    Hello I absolutely love ur work. I have been learning the Nazo form of right angle weave & u have some jewelry variations , but I was wondering if u could do a video teaching this form of right angle weave in the near future, bc all of the videos on UA-cam are in another language. I have no idea what they are saying and this is a very beautiful stitch. Plz let me know what u decide, & ty in advance.

Based on your videos I know you have alot of experience using different beads over the years. 🙂

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  4 роки тому +1

      You can add a cup button or any clasp as you would on any bracelet. Add a few seed beads the clasp and a few seeds. Sew through the core beads to attach. You could add an 8mm crystal as well. Look at some of my other bracelet videos for adding different clasps. Hope this helps 🌺

  • @pobreviejo741

    One of the most daunting things about starting with seed beads is how much to buy. When you, Stephanie, go into a bead store and see a new seed bead color that you like, and want to have on hand, without any definite project in mind, how much do you buy of 6/0, 8/0 or 11/0? Do you have an amount for each size that you usually buy, just to have on hand in case you come up with a new idea?

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  4 роки тому +1

      +Pobre Viejo Yes, it can be daunting with all the color choices. I buy at least 10 grams of 15/0, 11/0, 8/0, 6/0 in metallics (gold, silver, bronze, copper) as that is the finish I used most. For accent colors I buy 5 to 10 grams if I see a new color I like. Miyuki 11/0 has about 110 beads per gram so 10 grams gives me a lot to work with. The larger you go the less beads you get per gram. Hope this helos😃🌻🙏

    A question in regards to making earrings with the Spiral Stitch. Would you have both earring spirling the same way or the opposite way? Pushing the bead stack to the right instead of the left. Would love everyone's opinion.
    I hope that made sense.

    I haven't beaded in over a year but I'm finally feeling the itch to pick up the needle again, but I have to go back to basics. There is a question I have wanted to ask for a long time and maybe others have wondered this as well. I buy the nice and expensive Swarovski crystals and the Potomac Beads version. When I get them they sparkle beautifully, but it's like the minute I pour them out and begin to bead they lose so much shine and sparkle. It's probably oiles from my hands. Have you experienced this at all? Is there some trick to keep them sparkle like yours? Use gloves maybe? Idk.

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  6 місяців тому

      If it’s just a matter of fingerprints then use a little cleaner (I use eyeglass cleaner spray ). Spray on a q tip and clean the crystals.

      Brilliant! I knew you'd have an answer. Thank you! Just wanted to tell you, when I was beading basically 24/7 I only did video tutorials. I find written patterns tedious and difficult to follow. I watch a lot of tutorials from so many sources, some are better than others, but by far, your beautiful projects and tutorial style are the best! It's been cool to watch over time when you were just starting till now. You've gained so much more confidence and I've watched as the comments and 'likes' have grown exponentially. I'm so glad that you are being recognized and have become so successful; you deserve it! Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us! God bless!

      @@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry I found on UA-cam that if you rub vasoline on the threads and nozzle, it doesn't stick. I did it and it worked.

      The most fun kart of this pattern is trying everything you can think of. So definitely try it. Also, try cubes, shapes, any bead you have for the spiral 💙
