    Stephanie this is so gorgeous and such a good idea to circle back through the seed beads on the sides of the pearl in right angle weave instead of going straight through for the edge embellishment! That takes out another pass that most of us including myself would have used. So much less time consuming! I love that you used all the basics in beads also. I know making new beads is a good idea commercially for the bead sellers but I refuse to shell out the money for them so this is right up my alley! lol (Believe me I have enough variety to create beautiful pieces until I can't see enough to make them.) Thank you so much for sharing and trudging on even though there are so many others copying your designs! This will be another classic, timeless design of yours.

      @@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry There are 2 so far that I have seen. I let you know on the particular piece's page. I don't want to link their videos here because they don't deserve the traffic, but one was for the Tivoli earrings being sold on Amazon without mentioned you and then another channel copied a few items of yours (Victoria lace bracelet and she did a tutorial on another design that I can't remember as of now). I think you messaged her about it but she deleted your messages each time. It's happening all over in youtube within the beading community and it's really sad and sickening that youtube/google does nothing about it. They need to be reported for letting people get away with it. They don't do anything about it because they want money.

      Jewelry Lane Thank you! Yes, I have had issues with a person who copied The Interlace Renaissance Bracelet. Must be the same one you are talking about. I did see those earrings on Amazon! Seems like some people don’t want to do the work. It’s a shame but it’s part of our world now 🤷‍♀️

      @@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry It's not as bad as long as they give you credit but they ought to be ashamed for trying to act like they made the design themselves. It's so easy to mention you in the description for the piece no matter where it's listed. There are enough youtube viewers and people buying jewelry for all of us to be able to make money. It really chaps my hide to see anyone undercutting your work. You seem like such a lovely person. I don't want them doing that to you and getting away with it. I truly appreciate your elegant style so when I see people taking credit for your hard work it really upsets me. You don't have to thank me. I am happy to do what is right by you. :)

    Thank You so very much Stephanie (I hope I spelled that right!). Your designs are all so lovely, but this one really caught my eye. I have a Teal Green formal for which I needed some jewelry, and I made this bracelet using Swarovski Tahitian pearls, Emerald Shimmer 4mm bicones and Black Diamond 3mm bicones with Silver lined Crystal Miyuki 11/0 seed beads. I had a silver clasp in my stash that is perfect. Now, I guess I will have to wait for the necklace, as this formal also needs a necklace. Your instructions are so very easy to follow, and I find your voice so relaxing also.

    I love this piece and I made it right after I saw your tutorial, because I had all the supplies on hand! My rocailles were 457D, but pretty sure mine were Toho, as the bead sizes were not as consistent as with Miyuki. I found there were gaps between the side embellishments, so I went back in with 15/0 457D and filled them in. I used 12 6 mm pearls and it fits me PERFECTLY!

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  4 роки тому

      Your bracelet sounds beautiful Pamela🌻😊🙏 Toho is a little larger than Miyuki seed beads so I’m glad you added the 15/0! You can share a picture on Bronzepony Facebook page if you like. Link is in the description box under the video right at the top!

    I've had so much fun with this simple design, Stephanie! I've really enjoyed making this lovely bracelet on several occasions now, especially whenever I've needed a quick gift, and I always tweak it to make it a bit different each time. I just completed one ready for Mother's Day in high quality 6mm Faceted Natural Rubies with 24k Yellow Gold-finished seed beads, and tiny Freshwater Rice Pearls incorporated down the sides (I did double rows on the sides connected with diamond-shaped picots in 3mm Rice Pearls with a solid 18k Gold rondelle on either side of every Rice Pearl - and finished it with solid 18k Gold round beads at the ends, 18kToggle Clasp & jump-rings : )
    I don't have a Facebook a/c or Instagram but I wish you could see it because it's just a wider version based on your design, I just elaborated on it. It's still simple, yet it's exquisite. I'd used the exact same materials to make a double-width Flat-Weave Bracelet just last week for my sister's 50th birthday gift. I just have to weave some matching earrings now, & make the presentation box - they're a lot of fun, too! Speaking of which - I wondered if you might like to do a video about |"ll mks mm so very much for all of the ıııçııççıççççöömıö0ımlö0öööö0çıllöööl0ölllmmm©900=ō9k99i9{0m9 inspiration you've given me over the years, Stephanie - You're a brilliant designer and teacher, and whenever I'm all out of ideas I know that your videos will always provide the inspiration I need to get creative.
    And BTW - I totally agree with you that starting a 12' thread (or even longer, depending on the project) in the middle and working both ends in opposite directions is so much quicker and easier than adding thread - not that it's a big deal - but I find it's much quicker. I always do it that way if the design allows for it.

      Bronzepony Beaded Jewelry I’ll wait for you. I still have to finish the ends but wasn’t sure if I should try to do a silver 8/0 bead with a pink 11/0 in the center or keep it flat and just do rows of the pink... maybe I’ll see what you did first. I made mine more symmetrical than yours - I posted a picture of it a few days ago as a comment on your Facebook post about the third video. I’ll try to remember to make a post of what it looks like now that I’m further along with it. It really is quite fun and addicting!! I also took advantage of the sale Fusion Beads had a few weeks ago on the discontinued Swarovski stones and ordered quite a few in different sizes so I can make earrings and rings as well as pendants from your older tutorials.
      I wanted to ask you also if you have an email address where I could send you an email with some private information that I feel awkward to post publicly? Thank you again! 🙏🏻💕

      @@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry the first time I sent you a comment I had you all confused on a piece of your jewelry, it was the Interlace Bracelet w/a little designing on the fly anyways that was the piece I set my goal on and I'm making it as I write I just had to tell someone that knew what I was talking about no reply necessary remember?

    I'd love to make this style bracelet for some friends as a Christmas gift (different colors of course) but for each one .... Six feet of thread? 😳🤷😲
    And where is the stopper bead purchased from? Can't seem to find anything similar even with Fire Mountain Gems.

      Thank you 🙏 A stopper bead is any bead you can attach to your thread so your work doesn’t fall off the end. An 8/0 is a nice size for most projects . Yes, I start with six feet of thread but you can start with thread or four. I put a link to my adding thread video in the description box under the video. You will be adding thread during this project.
