For me it's very hard to find a good friend because they are somehow they are rude but I don't know what I did to them and their toxic I know but I can't leave them it's my real problem is that I can't find a way to get rid of them

Thank you so much for making this! :DD Ever since the start of summer break ( for me was April 28) I was so excited but upset since I will never be in the same school with my bsf ever again. But I was excited because I was so ecstatic to spend the whole summer with our friend group. We haven't done anything yet 😭. But mainly because I am just so tired from school that I just stopped shaving, washing my hair, brushing my hair, skincare routine, not being active, not eating even when I'm hungry, not drinking water or any liquids, staying up ALL night just to get yelled at 2:30 pm, not taking care of my nails, and just ignoring everyone, doing NOTHING all day. Everyday I would literally just sit on my laptop and watch UA-cam or Netflix, which is dumb hence I want to be the best version of myself next year, but it will never happen if I keep acting like this. This made me so excited to take care of myself I brushed my hair, got in the shower, washed my hair thoroughly, washed my body, did my skincare for my face, shaved my legs + arms ( I shave my armpits in the shower ) Use body lotion, painted and took care of my nails, ate, drank water. Now I'm going shopping for next year
Sleeps at 1PM: *dark circles*
Sleeps at 8PM: *dark circles*
Sleeps at 9:30PM: *dark circles*
Takes a nap: *dark circles puffy face sore neck and somehow on the floor*
Dark circles can also be genetic

I swear whenever I drink enough water that I need to at school, I end up having to go to the bathroom 5 times in an hour haha
Alr so if anyone can tell me if my routine/daily school stuff is decent, I'd appreciate it. Here's how I usually go to school and bed like
I was up at 6:40 cuz I take a long time lol
However I suspect I have insomnia bc I'm always tired and I don't go to sleep until 1am sometimes so I don't look my best these days
When I wake up, I wash my face and pat it until it's dry, then I use the bathroom for obvious reasons
I use deodorant that works 24 hours, and has 0 aluminum and other bad stuff in it
I usually wear graphic t-shirts like hello kitty or other designs
If it's cold, I wear jeans or leggings. If it's hot I wear shorts ( white or blue ) or a skirt ( I have pink plaid skirt, black and Jean) and my signature pink jacket ( I have a thick and thin version ) and if I'm feeling fancy or the pink jacket doesn't match, I have a bluish-Grey sweater made out of yarn and it's fashionable bc the sleeves are big on purpose and it's cute imo
Short socks bc I find long ones uncomfortable
Then I wear my white shoes ( sometimes messy bc I forget to clean them frequently)
I eat eggs or cereal for breakfast, but mostly eggs
Relax until i get to school
I do some exercise at school like handball, running and I'm practicing stuff for fun like four square
At home, I do kpop and vocaloid dances, lift 3.4 pound weights 9 times for 8 reps ( a.k.a more exercise )
When I get ready for bed, I brush my teeth thoroughly with an ELECTRIC toothbrush ( which i reaaallyyy recommend to anyone)
I don't know much about skincare, so I just use this soap that's proven to not clog pores,
Since I have bangs I brush my hair and put ALL my hair ( bangs included ) into a ponytail for the night
And repeat!
