@@sameerahfaisal9264 i went through the same thing a while back. I think people could tell that i wasn't confident because I always kept my head down, and only talked when necessary. I also tried to be like others too much and I looked up to this girl, who i now realize is really mean. I took some time off in the summer me, I didn't talk to any of my 'friends' who didn't even try to text me or anything, and I focused on myself. It was really hard at first because I was such a people pleaser. I just started small by controlling my breathing every day, kind of like meditating. I also worked out for like 10 mins a day and studied for also 10. It's not much but it made a difference, I came back confident and made a ton of new friends. As for the tounge problem, I still have that, but thats just because I talk too fast and stumble over my words. I learned to think before talking and slow down, also just keep your head high, no matter what people say about you. Some ppl still don't like me, but i've learned not to care. I also used to get bullied for being Arabic, but I've learned to embrace what makes me different. (sorry for the long paragraph, I hope it helps though.)

as people in my school consider me as a ‘popular person’ here are some tips ! 1 - NEVER try and make drama, it will always result in your friends / or the person you hurted leaving you. 2 - ALWAYS try and stay kind and stay positive, people in my year tell me i’m popular due to my kindness and how i always smile at people to reassure everything is just gna be ok. 3 - try focusing on class and studying outside of class, people would want to be friends with smart people! 4 - i know this was said in the video but have a big friend group, ever since i joined the big friend group in my year, i am now basically friends with everyone in it. i hope this helped and good luck ! 💕💕

@@dah1i4I have a tip, instead of overthinking about the 'friend', focus on things you like, try make new friends, and ignore when the 'friend' is trying to apologise. (If they apologised multiple times and still made the same thing after. Hope this helps! And remember to always be positive. ^^

I used to be that girl so bad but for the last year I focused on being nicer. I can tell it's had an impact because more people know me and are nice to me, and I'v had girls who didn't talk to me beofre suddenly talk to me on a regular basis. Smiling is literally the catalyst
My #1 tip is just to be kind! It doesn't have to be a whole commitment, where you can't say no, you know and are there for everyone, you ALWAYS do acts of kindness. The truth is, not everyone will get along with you, no matter how kind you are. Really only when you are interacting with others, just be understanding, no matter how annoying they may be. As long as they are not showing you disrespect, just tolerate them. Stand up for what you know is right, do what you love! Also don't be afraid to stand up for yourself if someone is being genuinely disrespectful towards you or someone else. Respect should be given until you have a reason to remove it. Also always respect your teachers! If your teacher is ACTUALLY bad, multiple people would have complained and your school will deal with it. Your teacher will be more understanding to you when it comes to assignments and other things if you engage in the class and listen to them. Plus, it really isn't cool to be mean to your teacher. Also, never swing first in a fight, and if you end up in one, try your best to get out of it safely and let a teacher know about what happened calmly. This will improve your situation. Looking for a fight will not make you popular, it will only have some people intrigued by your situation for a bit, and then they will stop caring. Form real relationships, and try your best to get out there and talk to people who you see every day! Slowly, you will get to know them and have more experience getting along with others. I am an introvert, but I've made a great deal of friends and acquaintances by slowly getting myself out there. Mutual friends are a big help too. Sorry about the paragraph, haha! This gave me so much confidence even though I try to be confident and insecure with all the bullying that I got just by saying act confident even though you’re not just makes me feel even more confident as I’m going to year 10 and I’ve been bullied for three years so this has helped me a lot sort of

ok so..here’s the thing..i’m popular in a SPECIFIC CLASS cos i have the confidence and the looks (no offence to anyone in my class i was told) but at like break or lunch i would be LONLEY ASF. cos everyone had their own best friends and i’m not one of them 😢
help out someone you want to be friends with in class! Make interesting conversation with them and while heading our of class keep talking to them and ask if you can sit with them during lunch/break. :)

Just another tip, if you have a uniform, try to wear: cardigans, jewelry (bracelets, necklaces earrings, etc.) If you like the vibes you can use leg warmers with any shoes. You can put on some accessories (headbands, sunglasses, etc.) If your school doesn't like alot of makeup, you could use lip balm, blush, mascara, and ALWAYS use sunscreen, also.. glasses are not nerdy! They are useful, just find a pair that matches your face shape.

I'm popular in my class kinda because of my joy and cheerful personality, my love for studies ( good grades , attentive in class ) and for my art pieces .. ( literally all of my classmates have seen most of my paintings ) I have 3 friends all of them i know are good , 1 is my best friend .... well yeah to be more popular you gotta be sweet and smiling and talk to more people but well i can't talk to people or make a big group of friends as i am an introvert ......That's all i had to share

I don’t think it matters to be popular for any of us to tbh people probly wanna be popular just to have friends that care about them but most of the time that’s not how it works,you make real friends by being yourself, that’s how you know they are your true friend if they love you for your true self 💓

i study in a school that just opened 8yrs ago, im studying here since nursery and me and somw of my friends are the first students to join this school. Its still has not more than 250 students, my class has 24 studens, no sections. So im a popular student currently, im the top of the class and im not disrespectful to anyone, but somwtimes i end up talking rude with that one girl cuz of my anger issues, now you see currently there are some other popular girls who are disrespectful to teachers and everyone to look cool, and there are some girls who love them and like to be like them, i was indeed one of those in last year but npw ive changed. trust me if you are like these girls and please dont be, Mayne you'll be loved by some students, but you are puting a bad impact on them and yourself, amd trust me no teacher would like you, if you wanabe popular then be kind, respectful and mkae others day better by your humour, but be yourself just like the video said. Ive never been bullied for being a nerd or top, neither loved much. Indeed there are some people who dislike me for my marks and how the teachers like me, but yeah they've never harmed me in any ways. so its a reminder to be kind, nice, respectful and active^^(sorry for my grammar mistakes, i type very fast)

The thing I dont get is that they say, be this and do that and at last will just be yourself like WHAT , does that make sense . change yourself if you think you can improve your habits or qualities , learn and adapt . All of us have different personas for different places like at school , at home etc , doesnt mean that you are faking any of it , its just different versions of your personality . There isnt anything as THAT GIRL , its subjective and it means different thing for different people your goals and where you would like to see yourself in the future is THAT GIRL so its important that you follow your concept and not others concept of THAT GIRL.
