So through this video. i have shared few simple tips that are easy to start and will help you to guide to getting that glow up you wish for.

Hi! For those under 15 watching, please don't do any complicated skin care. I recommend using moisturizer and sunscreen only because during puberty your skin is still developing. Don't use any whitening creams as it will damage your skin in the long run. During puberty, which is starting at 12-18 years old, your skin will have problems, and its normal. I suggest for you to go to a dermatologist to see if your problems are the results of hormonal changes during puberty or something else. Don't use something because someone or an influencer used it. Different ingredients in skincare will effect differently on different people. The safe options if you want to start a skincare journey are facial wash, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Also lastly, you are still growing, so be patient. Lot's of love 🥰💕

@@kamalika. hmm, in my opinion, you can try a few moisturizing sheet masks currently in the market right now. I suggest a korean brand if you can find one in stores. But for me, back when i was 12, i would just use a plain yogurt once a week just to try it out and have a feel of refreshment. You can ask your sister, mom, or the store clerk if you have other questions regarding your specific needs. Good luck 👍
Edit : once every 2 weeks is fine, make sure to use sunscreen okay!

If you are going thru this glow up process, hear me out!
I've been trying to glow up for 2 months now, and its working!
I'm more motivated to study, eat (i wasnt really healthy before) and im happier. It made a big difference in my life, its like im a new person!!!! So heres my tips for anyone who wants a mental glow up--
1- journal (its included in the video)
I've been journaling since january and its so fun to read old stuff i wrote! With a journal you can tell how much of a progress you did.
2- try not to care about what others think.
3- use the clothes you like without being scared of judgement!!! Who are they to choose what you'll wear today????
4- eat healthy, dont forget to eat everyday 3 times a day!! I recommend smoothies, fruits like apple and strawberry, raw carrots, sandwiches etc!
5- do exercises, it helps distressing and obviusly helps u being healthy!
6- spend more time without your phone, read a book, maybe write one, draw, play w your pets, plant flowers etc!

and i’m still figuring it out myself,
but some tips are:
Someone is making fun of your looks?
Who cares? You, you care.
That’s not a bad thing!
But sometimes it can be one.
We as people,
let things get to us too much
then they need too.
We need to not change for other people, we are beautiful just the way we are!
Learn things about yourself, instead of others.
Take time to like your body and personality, instead of others for now.
Love yourself for who you are, take a break of doing everyones responsibility, you have them too.
But some people don’t realise that, you are a human, they are not the only one’s
with feelings, with a life, so just remember, no matter what anyone says, you believe what you want to believe, good or bad, you’ll get though it. If you want to change, change, just not for someone or because if someone. It’s about the choices you make, the choices determain what will happen next. Have a good day/night! I hope this helped. (Not trying to cause a fight, just stating my opinion and am trying to help, so please no hate!)

Thank you so much. I have been NEEDING a glow-up for a few months now and this is awesome! Not just a skincare glow up but a mind glow up. I don’t wear makeup nor have a big skincare routine and I eat healthy. I don’t wear sunscreen everyday because not a lot of sun comes to my house. I don’t know if that’s okay but yeah. In my opinion, Smelly body is not something good, it's disgusting. You should take bath daily so you don't smell. Their are a few girls in my class who are smelly and it's disgusting and unhygienic

@@타히야 Try changing your soap because wrong type of soap can be bad. I remember I used this one free soap to bath before going to school and I smelled awful all day. I switched to some good one and now it's okay.

So, I am 12 years old and I had been getting pimples and blackheads for a long time until I got my own skincare routine. I have really bad sensitive skin so I have been using sensitive skin face wash/body wash and it helps a lot! I haven’t got a pimple in three months. By the way, I first watched this video for four months so that’s how I learned to start a skin care routine. Also, my skin care didn’t start kicking in until after a month, so that is why I said “I haven’t got a pimple in three months”. Thank you so much for this video! :)
im 12 too i just use a face scrub twice a week facewash twice a day uh calamine lotion as my moisturizer face power rose water as toner and aloevera gel
but yeah if u have pimple try using calamine everyday
my pimples are fading nowdays as im using calamine lotion
my routine
uh ill tell u of the day i wash my hair and use face scrub
i wash my hair with lukewarm water and then apply conditioner and then wash conditioner with cold water (dont use hot or lukewarm water at last its not good)
then i use scrub for two minutes focused at frorehead chin and nose
then wash my face with a facewash and then after coming out i dry my face apply rose water (try using rose water its really good) then aloevera gel its rlly hydrating for skin and then lotion and powder and ill ask my mum to but sunscreen soon

btw even ask about milk its a very good cleanser raw milk not heated and cows milk only aply it to ur face and let it be there for two minutes.then wash it off u might notice a glow :)

If u guys didnt have so much efforst for that glow up ways, there is a simple tips that can make an easy start to glow up
-wash ur face at morning and night
-brush ur teeth at morning and night
-wash ur hair for 3 times in a week, and always use serum so ur hair mush be soft and healthy
-always refuse ur stress with ur fav thing for 30 mnt-1 Hour
-brush ur hair 2 times in a day
-always sleep for 7+ Hour for u whi cant sleep can turn on some musics or relaxing ur mind, and blinks so fast for 30 scnd-1 mnt
-eat fruit or vegetable, if u guys didnt like vegetable, u guys should start eat it, eat the most common first, like carrot and brocoli, if u guys on ur diet, carrot and brocoli is good for ya
-drinks water alot, the minim is : 2.5 bottles a day
-for u gusy who under 12, u guys must use lipbam and dont use make up too much, just use lipbam, and under 15 just use the easy and common make up
-do the common sport like jogging, if u want some sports that more common is like stretching ur whoke boddy or maybe do yoga
-do this so routine and be it to be habit so u guys can glow uo so fast! Its can be 5-7 monts if u do it routine!

use gentle foam and moisturiser only
if you have acne weather it's hormonal, pls do workout. Working out help to sweat your pores out, and then drink alot eat more veggies and fruits. it helps to balance the hormones. After workout make sure you wash all the sweat properly.

Nothing wrong with some good habits
My glow up really isn’t about my looks it’s more about how I treat people, I haven’t been the best to my mother but in this past 2 ish weeks I have been pretty good so now I get to go shopping for clothes! It really is hard to become different but in the end it really does feel good and it makes whoever you were being mean to or whatever else less stressed and feel more better. If you struggle like I did, just know it’s a process to become better but in the end it will be so worth it anyways thanks for reading this and have a wonderful day beautiful person!💕

I just turned 20 but I still watched this just out of curiosity and i think these tips apply to people of any age. You’re never too old or too young for self care.
This advice is very solid. I’m glad to see this type of positive content aimed for the younger generation. When I was 15 I was consuming the wrong type of content. Basically stuff that made me feel bad about myself rather than the opposite and I developed bad habits and eating disorders as a result.

I have already failed in so many of these steps. I have a skin care routine but I have a tough time being consistent with it. Also, I’m watching this at 10 at night when the time I have to wake up is less than 8 hrs…. Bro I looked cute in like 1st grade but then idk something happen as I grew up. same I also had a glow down, it has been 6 years since I had acne. I started having acne ( very bad ) when I was 12 y/o and now I'm 17 and I still have it but it got better thx to my skincare
@@stqrryart damn. I’m around the age that you got bad acne. Although my acne isn’t that bad it’s really noticeable like you can see how big it is and it’s near like between my eyes/a little bit higher than my nose. It’s always on my forehead or underneath my nose.

Not a hate comment, I love these tips, but I just want to make a few corrections + extra stuff for people watching the video :)
-wash pillowcase every 1-5 days for cleaner face and hair
-I recommend showering in the evening/night for cleaner bed sheets (it also just makes sense because it's the end of the day)
-instead of barely eating anything to become more skinny, (Yes it is important to eat a bit less to help but NEVER starve or under-eat) you can always try exercise
-drink lots of water (especially lemon water, it helps you lose fat)
-change bedsheets every 8-14 days (it depends if you choose to shower in the morning or night)
-be positive

Another few tips:
• Write down thoughts or feelings in a journal, having it on paper can stop your face looking troubled, sad or frightened.
• If you aren't comfortable with your body, *DON'T* eat less or stop eating. Pair pizza up with a salad or something healthy.
• Wearing natural makeup makes you look normal, so you look similar with and without make-up on.
• Make sure to do generic hygiene: shower everyday or every other day, brush your teeth, etc.
• *NEVER* try and be someone else. Always feel comfortable in your skin.
• Smile, laugh & enjoy times with friends, family & close ones! Always look confident and calm.
• Enjoy being yourself and think positively!

Guys! Hear me out, as a kid (the title says 10-15) I had a skin care routine BUT my skin was already really soft since I was only 11-12 so because of the skincare I actually got tons of pimples and other allergic reactions so yall kids should totally double check ur routine and DONT OVER DO IT.

Im focused on studying more than on myself so I always wear ponytail and don't take care of my skin( even not sunscreen) I just study everywhere I take my books with me and even forget my phone at home

If you want to have nice smooth hair, try shampooing 2x to the roots of your hair and conditioning just the tips like usual, and do *NOT* use a hair dryer. Your hair will be much stronger and less frizzy if you struggle with fly aways! :) (Speaking from experience by the way!)

I always wash my hair everyday because I live in a tropical island that is usually 32°C hot... and well... I go to school till 14.30... and sometimes more... how do I fix this?? I notice more and more hairloss recently and Idk how to fix this. My days are very busy so I don't get time to take care of my hair properly either
Then use shampoo that doesn't dry ur scalp but clean it properly. Don't use shampoo length of ur hair.
Use hair oil before shampoo.
Stop washing your hair with shampoo'. I used to live in tropical country, I only use water and massage my scalp 2x a day. Wash my hair with shampoo 2x a week.

Actually I definitely dont recommend doing a skincare every single day especially not day and night, the moment i figured that out my skin is literally crystal clear. I do it once every 2-3 days but I still moisturize and wash my face with cold water every day.

OMG this really helped!! I mean im not tryna brag or anything but my hair and skin is really good i mean i have no pimples or anything but i loved the skin care and stretching, mostily i do stretching to become more flexible and drink lots of water but I never thought about a skin routine but I loved it and im going to try it~ Just remember~ Believe in yourself !

hiii everyone!!! im 12 years old and i don't really have a complex skincare routine, what I usually do is;
- wash face with face wash
- apply some cream (i recommend something like nivea if your skin is dry! it really helps me make my skin softer.)

remember everyone around this age gap, you don't need to look good or try skincares which influencers told you to do so. remember you are still growing and later on when you get older you should try more complex skin care routines! and you will eventually get better, obviously because you are growing. thats what I wanted to say!! good luck on your glow up journey everyone ! 😊💖
