    Recipe
    ·Ginger-infused water.
    To make this, you will need a small piece of fresh ginger root and a litre of water. Wash and peel the ginger root, grate it into small pieces, and add it to a pot of boiling water. Let it steep for about 10-15 minutes, strain the ginger-infused water, and remove the grated ginger. You can drink this water while it's still warm or at room temperature.

    Fill a large glass with water. Add one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the water and stir well. You can sweeten the mixture with a teaspoon of honey.       Namaste, Ginger to be consumed without skin always. Dehydration if severe along with nutrient deficiencies leads to hair loss.

      I'm not a professional I've heard from people that are overweight say they rather eat than drink water. This was in a setting where several people confessed this openly. I like water time. Like a flower I need water
      I wonder if a person could add a walk or two maybe that would increase thirst?

      Namaste, If you get a bloated stomach after eating, it may be a digestive issue. It might be as simple as eating too much too fast, or you could have a food intolerance or other condition that causes gas and digestive contents to build up. Also, When the body can't rid itself of excess water, cells swell to accommodate it. As a result, you may feel puffy and bloated until you slow your water intake so your kidneys can catch up. We suggest you visit a doctor.
