There should be plenty of torrenting websites that have the new episodes. The staff of TOH actually asked fans to not watch the new episodes through Disney as to not support the company (because of the #DisneySayGay controversy).
Its season 2b not 3 :) Alot of people have early access to it on disney now or they actually have cable and record it. Wont be in disney+ for a while unfortunately.

It’s not on disney+ yet. Other apps have it though and I saw clips on UA-cam. That’s why I was confused, I thought it was only on Disney+.
