I love watching Fred doing Fred things. Also... Harry, Chris Bamman and Scotty's Gone Walkabout all uploading within a couple of hours of each other. Awesome evening, thanks.
I'd already had dinner when I watched this, but it still made me hungry. Can't wait to get back to Broome - those beach images are bringing back memories. I'm looking forward to seeing how you sort your set up, the two benches so close doesn't look right.
Thanks for the great recipe! Made it with a few alterations. Cooked it on my lump charcoal kamado grill at home. Added in some grilled baby bok Choi and portobello mushrooms and used thinly sliced cross cut moose round roast instead of the beef. Turned out great. Would never have thought to grill a teriyaki but it was amazing!
On another video, I was critical of your cooking/prep setup. Having watched this video I see how you use the space. (not how I originally thought you would have used it) Looks like it may be a keeper-:)
Gotta love the handiness of having the air compressor and compressed water source hey. Love the way you cut videos together and make things simple and real. Enjoy the steak mate
Great to see you back cooking my friend Love your new rig but love your cooking shows better 😉 🍻 I brought an Ozbraai on your recommendation and love it, I’m gonna have to get a travel braai as well now 😂
Very cool mate . I just went onto your website, so nice so clean it works so well. I looked because I was hoping for a cook book , fantastic you have one on its way, I hope there’s a hard back option.
Hi Harry. That just looks so good! Looks like you use a big piece of fire starter to get the fire going? They certainly get the fire going quickly but I'm not sure of them when cooking food. Have you got any thoughts on that? Any other way to get the fire going quickly sans chemicals? A butane torch is about the only thing I can think of that comes close. I'd cook over wood every meal if possible!
Thx for the info. I often made the mistake of marinading the meet in the teriak sauce not baseding it. Will try your way as l am now a convert to cooking chips in cold oil to start with and they truely are not soggy. Keep up the great work 🙂
Looks like the asparagus didn’t get a lot of heat, proper cook, but I’ve heard that if sesame oil gets too hot it can become rancid. I always use it as a finish oil when I pan sear potstickers after they get steamed. Any light you can shed on that?
I’ve been binging your channel for the past day and half…I’m off sick at the moment, with having piss poor knees 👴🏻🦾🦿🤣 so thank you for making my time off a little more entertaining 🤣🙌🏻🤣 Either way mate, this channel really deserves 100k plus subscribers…I’m Shocked with the quality you create…that you don’t have that already 🙌🏻💪🏻❤️ Edit* fred smells the good wagu 🤣🙌🏻💪🏻
Nice one mate, thanks for the links just ordered the oz brai! It’s even on sale for 5 days and came with a free carry bag. Perfect for a nice Christmas present for myself👍
Love your videos Harry, I'm gonna try that teriyaki sauce recipe for the next time I make a batch of jerky, worth a go I reckon. Absolutely love the new rig too. The 10 year plan is very smart. Do the mods once and do them right.
Harry, I really enjoy watching your channel. Loving your new ride. Well thought out for your channel. I've been watching you for a while now and I only have 1 thing you don't do that peeves me. You carry so much stuff in your vehicle and you even have water hose. But mate I've never seen you put out a water bowl for Fred. Mate I live in Darwin and I know the weather your boy endures. I carry a water bowl and bottle of water for my Blue Heeler every time he is in my Statesman, and that's all the time. If you do have a bowl for him then ignore me. But if you don't then please get him one. Keep up the great vids. Cheers 🍻
Hey mate. Why didn't you put the fridge and slide out table on the other side? would mean the drawers would always be easy to access.... at the expense of the fold out door table, but do you use it when you have the slide out table out? Just a thought :)
Love the video mate, ill be going on a longer trip down south during xmas would using vacuum bags to store my meat affect the quality and taste of it? it usually sits in the fridge
My butcher told me to have a crack at Wagyu chuck steak and cook it quickly like that. Wow. Insane. So tender for chuck and full of flavour. Give it a go
I cooked Rice for the first time in a long while just recently (my wife usually cooks..... now I can see why!!! LOL)..... so being a "smart" Asian boy, I think, yep, water up until the first knuckle line on my finger.... whack it in the microwave and it comes out watery as and I mean my wife poured out a heap of water even after 15min in the microwave!!!..... theme of the story..... don't get me to cook anything.... and don't think the "Knuckle line" trick for water in rice always works!!! LOL Cheers, Don (Dons Shed and Xplor Overland)
Just gona ask request for a epic seafood fried rice, for the Asian fans that watch ur vids. If that’s cool white boy? Can’t wait for more sea side cooking !
I would like if before you posted such virtue signalling bullshit that you might note that Fred is perfectly healthy, and understand that Harry clearly cares for his dog. Please don't bother posting that Fred was unwell in a video a while ago, many of us will only think even less of you. Now go have a nice lay down or something....

The massive rear door on the prado would be annoying Imagine if you bought a decent dual cab with schmicko canapy still have that bonza awning etc..just saying haha
Definitely going to make up a batch of that sauce, much better than the bottled rubbish and gluten free (when using gf soy sauce 😁) so my wife can finally enjoy a decent teriyaki sauce.
One thing to point out is cross contamination. Maybe not the best idea to put a basting brush used to baste raw meat and then pour the sauce on your food.... especially chicken teriyaki....
I actually found your channel through the 10year build and im bloody well here to stay my man. Keep the car food and beer updates rolling!
I love watching Fred doing Fred things. Also... Harry, Chris Bamman and Scotty's Gone Walkabout all uploading within a couple of hours of each other. Awesome evening, thanks.
Nothing wrong with the car build episodes... think of it as baking a new vehicle.
The over-the-top romantic music over the b roll and the hard cut made me chuckle 😂

You we're recommended by Scotty's gone walkabouts, so, here I am. New subscriber. I could almost taste that teriyaki 😋

What hose/tap attachment are you using? Have just put a tank and water pump in the car and looking at options for tap.

Oh that’s right, it’s a cooking channel! Big fan of teriyaki anything on a barbecue.
Looks bloody awesome! Can you give me some info on the pans you use? Are they lightweight and where can I buy them?
Yeah mate, sea to summit sigma pans. Great things
Vehicle looks great with both water & air on tap. Would be awesome to get a 180deg hinge on that door as that gap between 2 benches looks tight.
Yeah I wish you could open it more but the bumper is in the way
